Customer service has always been the best.
Customer service has always been the best Ive ever had from any retailer. Relaxed, approachable and helpful staff in stores while the online support is fast with responses and equally as helpful. (Big ups Wayne btw) Gamestop might have been the only company I could say I was ever really 'loyal' to. Solely for the fact that the staff actually go the extra mile.

Great Customer Service
While browsing for a console to gift my son on his birthday, I visited the GameStop located in the Tallaght square. I was assisted by Hugh, who explained me the difference between the Xbox, Playstation and Switch in a matter of minutes and simplified the differences very clearly. I ended up buying an Xbox with Ultimate Game Pass and my son loves it! I will be back again. Very efficient.

The customer service is great
The customer service is great. I got a reply in no time and they are helpful and kind. The shop is really nice and I haven't had any issues with the games. It's a pity is closing in Ireland. They do tend to overprice their games over the RRP though.

Watch out with this shop
Watch out with this shop. Ordered a Playstation credit and was processed as normal. Nothing wrong with. Payment completed. Order confirmed. What could go wrong?
The fact the shop stop selling those credits what is mentioned in a small note on top. DON'T make a small note. Just remove the option from your website. Now I have to look for a refund.
