From telephone call to tell them I had a problem with my toilet to getting it fixed was brilliant. No fuss , no trouble.
The two chaps who came out were great. Thank you very much.

We have used Gair Gas for many years. A great local company. This time needed a small job but was no trouble getting it done. We also use them for our annual boiler service .

Gair Gas have cared for our heating for many years now and they continue to offer excellent service at competitive prices. We have one of their cover plans and so they send timely reminders when it's time to service the boiler. The engineers are always friendly and message to say they're on their way. From time to time, I compare their prices and services with B Gas and I'm satisfied with what we're getting. I do recommend them.

Local company providing an excellent maintenance service at realistic prices. Communication excellent via email and then on scheduled day phone call from engineer prior to arriving to carry out annual service. On arrival engineer friendly and carried out necessary checks promptly.

Gair Gas operatives replaced a four-pipe, prop.gas cylinder distribution unit. ~ Their work was expedient, quality, neat, and tidy; their manner.. courteous and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more.

On 19th March as was agreed with Gair the service went ahead with the engineer phoning up to let us know he was arriving on time , putting the appropriate
Safety wear on . He was polite and happy went about
servicing the appliance told us he was finished signed
the schedule sheets and departed Job all done .well done .

The engineer Rich arrived at the time he said, was polite and courteous, a very tidy worker and he explained what he had done and next steps. Well pleased.

Engineer arrived as stated and carried out the work efficiently, including having to leave the work to get a spare part he hadn’t reckoned on. All very satisfactory.

This installation was much delayed by me, but once scheduled, fixing separate new heating controls for oil-fired boiler and convection heaters was done quickly and efficiently. We have an old building with complicated wiring from previous setups. Great care was needed to remove redundant cabling without disrupting the remaining live cabling, which was done carefully and expertly.

Came exactly when they said, carried out the work in kind, friendly and professional way and even improved the location of the stopcock so it can't be knocked and is easier to see and use.
