I sent the phone via Royal Mail using the return label I received by email and was notified by email each step of the way - arrival, testing, and money transfer. It was a satisfying experience to dispose of a previously used phone quickly and easily.

I was paid the estimated money for my phone, but I gave them my bank details correctly the first time then they said I gave them wrong and I gave them again, then took 3 days to deposit the money on my bank because they don't do deposits over the weekend. In general good price for the phone, but had to wait a long time to get the money.

Really good price for my old Huawei phone compared to other gadget buy back sites.
Once I'd accepted their offer it was easy to print a label and return the item via my local post office.
The amount they'd offered was transferred to my nominated account within a week.
