Fantastic service today from Lewis Spencer, dealt with all our wants and needs with so much professionalism, nothing was too much trouble, so patient and explained everything in detail..an absolute credit to your company.

Jemima was very helpful and professional and listened to my problem and has arranged re-order of my chair and sofa for me

We were looking for a new corner sofa and couldn’t decide on anything, three times we walked in and never got pestered once, Steve offered us a coffee and said I’m here if you need me. We finally decided with the help of our daughter and Steve made sure we were 100% happy and we decided on the size colour and material we wanted. Didn’t push any extras on us when buying the sofa and was very clear in all the details as we went through the paperwork.

A nice welcome when walking in. Including the offer of a drink. Shop well laid out and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Very informative on suites. A nice relaxing shop easy to browse around. We chose our suite. Our talk on payment communication and delivery was all explained and was followed through exactly as arranged. Excellent service.

We found our ideal recliner sofa and chair, and are now eagerly awaiting delivery! Lewis was absolutely brilliant and helped us through the whole process. Austin was helping carrying the different chairs from around the store so I could compare the different styles, nothing was too much trouble.
