Richard was great and really sold the bed to us!

Excellent attentive, helpful and friendly staff member James in Worcester branch. Usually use the Preston Capitol Centre for previously bought items, both Dave and Andy are super helpful. Wouldn't hesitate this company when purchasing beautiful, excellent quality items for your home.

Roberto, based in Worcester was very helpful but not pushy. Very pleased with our order of beds and settees.

We were met by a lovely salesperson Georgia who helped us brilliantly with all our queries.She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and after discussing what we needed we returned two days later saw Georgia again and she helped us with our purchase of a dining table and chairs.The quality of the furniture was excellent-best we’d seen anywhere that’s why we returned to complete the purchase

The customer service that we have received has been fantastic. Although James did our sale today, both him and Rob over our last few visits have always taken the time to explain everything and give a very personable experience. They are full of knowledge regarding their products and never rushed or pressured us into a sale. Thank you!
