Furniture Village - Wednesbury Recensioni 

Order has been delayed twice from mid September to late September now says mid October. They seemingly don't have a system to notify customers that their order is delayed as I've had to find out through track my order. Poor service

We received absolutely fantastic service and would highly recommend Judith. She is such an awesome lady and a brilliant sales assistant — so friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with. Made the whole experience a pleasure!

When we turned up st Furniture Village we were met by a lovely salesman called Ravi.
I instantly warmed to his kind/caring approach he made us most welcome.
There was no pressure from him at all to buy a settee but he was mist supportive and listened to our views and requests.
We showed him our measured and originally we had set our heart on a corner sofa but he made us realise this wasn't best option and proceeded to help us look for alternative.
He greeted us with Coffee & a home made cookie. Got to say I have been going to Furniture Village at Wednesbury for years. This is a great touch.
I have found this family run store to be exceptional and everything they sell us top quality and their customer care is second to none. After sales are always helpful.
I woukd thoroughly recommend Furniture Village to anyone

Visited the store 09/9/26 and soon as Sharon Middleton saw us she approached us, offered her help. Professional and friendly manner towards us. She explained the difference of three types of mattress which helped us to choose on what we wanted. We made our purchase and Sharon attended to us, didn't rush us, was patient while we made a decision. Good customer services from her

Had delivery of a 3 pce suite from Furniture Village. The delivery/installers Adam & Simon were excellent very considerate & tidy...efficient & informative. The G-Plan suite was all connected together in an hour of arriving!

I had a very pleasant experience with the employee Rav. He was very welcoming and helped me and my family with finding the best sofa for our home. Would definitely recommend his services. Great customer service.

Myself & my wife went to buy a sofa today, we were looking for a corner sofa and found one we liked, as we were sitting on the sofa Judith one of the staff came over to us and asked how we liked the sofa and gave us all the information on the Styles & fabric colours that we could have, she was great as she was not pushy at all and didn’t make us fell uncomfortable.
We decided on the sofa and Judith help us through all the details & the contract for buying the sofa, she was fantastic, thank you for making the purchase so easy Judith and we look forward to having the sofa delivered, thank you.

Ameen was brilliant customer service, let me take my time with decisions and reassured any worries I had. He was great with my children also. Would recommend. Easy process no pressure and lovely to chat with.

Sharon was absolutely amazing! She catered to everything I was after and managed to get everything I wanted. I also got treated to coffee and cookies! 100% amazing experience. Definitely will be returning in the future :)

Was very surprised with the shopping experience in furniture world. I hadn't heard of this shop before but I'm so glad I went in. I managed to get a bed and a wardrobe on a budget and the quality is 10/10. Sharon who showed us around was very friendly and accommodating we even got free coffee and a cookie. Had a great chat and left feeling very happy. Highly recommend this place over the other more well known brands on the retail park.
