Excellent customer service from Fal. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and I eventually purchased a sofa!

My family and I visited Furniture Village in Watford to buy a sofa for my house. Fal was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process as I had limited space and a specific vision for what I wanted. Thanks to her guidance, we found the perfect sofa and went ahead with the purchase. Thank you, Fal, for your excellent help!

Fal is highly efficient with all round knowledge of products and services. The telephone reservation of my furniture made timings and delivery immediate.

Veera was excellent and knowledgeable on the different mattress types and brands. He gave me the time and space to try out the mattresses, he was very patient when I kept changing my mind on headboard types (!) and offered a decent price. Definitely go to him!

The exemplary customer service I received from Aashish the general manager and Veera has forced me to write my first review. Their guidance and furniture recommendations helped our selection process, not once did I feel that it was salesmanship it just felt like discussing the pros and cons of different brands/designs with a friend. Highly recommend that you seek them out when your next in store.
