The salesperson Veera was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Taz saw me twice and was extremely helpful and professional. I had a lot of items to buy and he was very patient at helping me match the various items.
Adnan the Manager was also helpful when we completed the purchase.
I’d highly recommend them.

Leigh was very good at explaining the differences between beds and taking into account what we were looking for. Great personal customer service!

Despite the online service to book an appointment with a sales person not working (we had a confirmed reservation, but the store staff never receive these) we still received excellent service from Leigh who walked us through the various options meeting our requirements.we purchased the bed and now await delivery.

I ordered two side tables to be collected from Watford store. I was told they would be available to pick up around Jan end. I didn’t hear anything past that date so went into store to enquire. They were to be in within the following week. Then I got a message saying two different ones received. I currently have Shingles so cannot come to the store to resolve this.i will do when I’m well.
