Wow Jayne is a fabulous sales consultant, gave us all the time we needed , no pressure, a credit to Furniture Village

We come into the shop and instantly the staff were on hand to help and only at hands reach away if we needed anything. Jayne was lovely and was very helpful when ordering a new mirrored clock as we noticed the clock on display was damaged. She ordered a new one to be delivered to the house. Jayne was kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Tony Dhillon was very knowledgable & helpful.
10/10 service.
He got us the deal we wanted. We also got the care plus package as well.
He got us a coffee & tea which was very nice. Including two cookies.
We now have a dining room table.
Delivery is very quick which is important to us.
He was honest and made us feel at ease.
We got we wanted in the end. Two very pleased customers and would come back to Tony again.

If i could give a lower rating i would
We had sofa delivered on 7th jan 2026 and by the 14th jan we had to ring as sofa had sunk in 2 of the seats on a 3rd seat the springs were sticking so that when got off the sofa the springs audiably pop up and could visably see the seat pop back i into pre seated shape they sent someone to examine the sofa he agreed the faults existed then reported back saying nothing wrong, we were then told case closed live with it £3000 wasted in a sofa that lasted a week we went to trading standards all correspondance ignored by furniture village so we went to ombudsman the sofa was returned but now still 2 weeks later no refund the company is appauling customer service rude, unhelpful, decietful will never purchase from there again
