David was very helpful in explaining every thing, we will shop at Furniture Village again.

Victoria was friendly and helpful through the whole process. We visited the Southampton store a few times before making our purchase and Victoria was always happy to help us. Her involvement made the experience fun. She had good knowledge of the products and the purchasing process was quick with no fuss.
The delivery guys were great, Brendon and Joe, even helped us out with our old sofa.
We love our new sofas, the quality is excellent and they look lovely in our home.

Great experience from start to finish! Ray in the Southampton store was really helpful and not at all pushy, allowing us to put a refundable deposit down on an ex display Athena table and chairs set so that we could go home and measure our space before committing.
The table and chairs were delivered by Luke and Rich less than a week after we bought them. They were polite and helpful, quickly reassembling the table and ensuring we were happy with everything. A perfect fit in our ding room!

Customer service agent Khadija dealt with an issue that I had been trying to resolve with the retailer for a couple of weeks. She went out of her way to seek further advice and immediately actioned what was agreed. Very efficiently sorted out.

David, who helped us choose a mattress was simply superb. He not only had knowledge about the product but also about the company too. He listened, advised, suggested and was superbly helpful.
10/10 all round.

I wasn’t pounced on when I entered the store which was refreshing. David the salesman let me look around in my own time and only approached me once I had viewed the furniture. He was very friendly and helpful and even moved chairs to other dining tables so I could get the right look.

Absolutely lovey shop has everything you could wish for, After browsing round, a member of staff Grant supported us as he spent quite a bit of time with us going through quality of products and showing us various heights, excellent customer service will definitely be back to shop

I rang customer services to give an update. I spoke with Mariyah, who was polite and professional. Mariyah made notes and confirmed out discussion by immediate return of email. Great service.

The saleswoman was Neelam, the service she provided was second to none. We came in to just look, but she provided all the info that we needed to help us make a purchase, her manner was very personable and friendly.

The chat was a helpful way to get a hold of someone to speak to as the phone lines are crazy busy.
Ed was very helpful and even waited on line while I uploaded some photos.
