Good selection if furniture and fruendly, knowledgeable staff

Love furniture village. Always clean and tidy. Staff very polite and not too pushy. Claudia who served us was very knowledgable and nice to deal with.

I went into the Southampton store looking to purchase some new sofas,I was approached by Aleks who listened attentively to my requirements and Aleks showed me several in the style and price range that I liked and could afford,he kindly offered some cool water as well,after leaving me to browse around the store i came to a conclusion of what I wanted,we sat down and went through all the details of what I wanted and I was offered the finance to pay over 24 months so it was more affordable,also Aleks gave me a business card of the company that are used to remove old furniture,Aleks was very kind,courteous,and knowledgeable and very professional and didn't pressure me into my purchase,I am very looking forward to receiving my new furniture of 2x2 seater sofas in about 4 weeks time.

Friendly welcome. Full range of products to visually see. Happy to place chairs around tables to make sure the products met my requirements. The sales consultant had an amazing product knowledge and was a credit to the company.

I visited the Southampton store looking too purchase a corner sofa with matching 2 seater and footstool a very helpful cheerful gentleman by the name of Raymond lord was absolutely amazing from start to finish i was very happy with his service I made my choice and purchased there and then , this Gentleman is an asset to your company

We return to Furniture Village time and again because of the quality of their products and the exceptional customer service provided by sales staff, the delivery team and the after care team. A problem with our sofas on delivery was very quickly resolved by Nicola, offering us several options. All much appreciated.

Quick efficient sale,slight hiccup with delivery as received delivery notice just as they arrived very early 0655, so by time got dressed, they'd left, but this was resolved and delivered 2 hrs later, very polite and quick at getting electrics working, thks to all involved and Luke the delivery lead👍

David in store knew exactly what he was talking about and advised me accordingly. Excellent service.

However I have to praise the delivery guy - unfortunately, there had been a house fire in the Close overnight and the police had closed the road. Your delivery guy spoke to the police and carried my mattress to my flat - that is certainly going above and beyond, I do hope he can have some recognition for this.
The new mattress is very comfortable and I am very pleased with my purchase
