We had the most amazing member of your Southhampton branch, the wonderful ladies name was Victoria Carter-Jones. She was patient attentive, but not pushy. She showed us exactly what we were looking for and more. We have purchased a beautiful sofa and await its delivery. Due to circumstances NOT down to Furniture Village but another big named sofa store, we are without a sofa, Victoria arranged for us to have one on loan until our new one arrives. Service we have never experienced in our 60 year old lives. Thank you Victoria for everything you are amazing

Lovely atmosphere in store and Stuart was marvellous at helping us make decisions and informing us about all the options available for each sofa style - be that colour or sizing choices.

Gary was very knowledgeable able to answer all our questions and made the process of purchasing our new furniture very easy.

Excellent service, Grant guided us through the range of recliners. He knew his stuff and wasn't at all pushy. Just one down side to our visit the tea that was offered was dreadful.
Despite that we purchased the chairs!

Representative was knowledgeable and efficient.

Looking for a new dining room table and the Southampton store has an extensive range of modern tables on display from a range of manufacturers. With friendly and knowledgeable sales staff available to help this made the task of choosing the right table and chairs to meet our needs very easy. The sales pricing was also attractive.

Sofa and snug delivered today by Luke and Rich who were very helpful. I am delighted with the furniture. Thank you.

Victoria greeted us when in the shop and was really helpful in answering the questions we had and making suggestions and giving us design ideas. She was very aware of the layout of the shop and took us to show us other items we were interested in. Excellent customer service and friendly approach.

Fantastic work carried out by Brendon & Richard we had an issue with a table purchased last year which Furniture Village have replaced, the two guys installed the table very professionally and left the house clean and tidy after they had finished the job , thank you .

Ordered 57cm square scatter cushions and received 47cm square cushions.

Just another thing gone wrong! Waited 2months for these cushions. Now probably waiting another 2months!

Excepted delivery was 21 days. Payed in full. Got a text next day delivery will be late. Still waiting for delivery. Will not order from furniture village again
