Big massive thank you Jez Groom, at the Crystal Peaks Furniture Village store who provided excellent service from start to finish. His friendly, calm, and professional approach made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain the available options clearly and honestly, without any pressure or sales tactics. He gave my partner and i the information we needed to make our own informed decisions and was always happy to answer any questions. A genuine credit to the store, and we really appreciated his outstanding customer service. He Deserves a bottle of champagne 😁

I purchased a bed and did'nt get a email comformation. After checking my account there was no sign of the bed which I orded. On contacting you about the order. You told me the bed had been ordered. This is fine, but why have a account with you when you dont even put it on there. The problem I have is I had to contact you to get this information.
Now I was told the bed would take one to two weeks because the bed was in stock. I have not received ant information about the delivery. As I will have to book time off work for the delivery.

In store service staff and delivery guys very good. FV Customer Care staff members very good, polite, friendly and helpful, especially Natalie who was exceptionally pleasant, understanding of my concerns and questions re the delivery of the suite which on delivery was damaged. Suite was ordered 12 January and wasn't delivered until 23 April. Delay of delivery wasn't communicated by FV even the tracking on-line didn't show anything until two weeks before it was actually delivered. All contact has been via us making calls to FV, Castelan and the Finance Company. This communication has been ongoing from 23 April to 19 May. We now have a plan arranged of the way forward thanks to Natalie.

Lovely store with a great range of products to view. We were in need of a new mattress and wanted something of higher quality. They had plenty to pick from, and both Craig and Jez spent time helping us chose the right one for us, and are a credit to the store. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be going back at some point for other items.

Fantastic overall buying experience and fitted in a promptly time wardrobes are excellent quality would reccomend this company 👌

Wayne the sales Advisor was knowledgeable about the products and honest in his approach. Purchasing was easy and we have already received confirmation of delivery of one of our purchases.

Great service from furniture village. We had a good idea of what we wanted, just needed to see it rather than a picture on the website, we were in and out in no time and got exactly what we wanted, no pestering from sales people they were just there when you needed them.

Jez was absolutely fantastic, and he was really helpful when we were trying to decide which mattress to buy. His knowledge and expertise really made the whole experience great.

Omar, at drake house retail park, was very helpful, no pressure to buy just very Informative and helpful. He helped with colour swatches and then assisted when we wanted to go through with a sale.

I would like to take a moment to thank Jez Groom for his time in the store, we went to browse coffee tables and wanted to match the colour and style with our dining table, we were unsure of the colour, Jez allowed us to take the sample colours home and match to the right colour within an hour I returned the samples and Jez kindly ordered the coffee table and arranged delivery. Jez went above and beyond and I would definitely go back to the store. Thanks Jez for such a pleasant experience.
