Ahmed gave us great customer service. He helped us purchase the mattress according to our needs. The whole experience was winderful and stress free.

Julie was very friendly, helpful and accomodating and made the experience shopping for new furniture alot less stressful.

Initially we were welcomed and asked if assistance was needed. We declined, saying we were browsing.

Later when information was required the sales attendant; Rajesh Reddy; was most helpful.

A Lovely man called Samir helped me place my order. I was alone with 3 kids so he was extremely patient and kind while I asked a ton of questions and was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit the branch again in future, thank you!

Two £4,000 wardrobes delivered faulty: one missing its backboard and unbuildable, the other scratched and misaligned. A week of emails, no resolution, just blame passed to "the supplier". Worse, my £400 deposit paid in store was never deducted from the balance, so the finance agreement was set up on the full £4,000.

Ash gave us a good deal on a sofa and treated us with courtesy

Kiran was very helpful. Took no time to arrange and forward inspection report to the manufacturer. I always buy my furniture from furniture village. They sell very good furniture and great service. I strongly recommend Furniture village.

I purchased a suite from the Ruislip store in May. Julie the sales advisor was extremely approachable, and thorough in explaining the process from purchase through to delivery, including removal of my old suite.
She very kindly allowed me to take a swatch sample from the store to show my husband at home.
I feel that I was allowed plenty of time in making my choice of furniture.
It has been delivered today 2/07/2026 by Jay, Kush and Andy who were all pleasant, calm and professional, they worked well as a team and successfully managed to get the sofa and chairs through quite a tight doorway!! Well done to them.

Bought 2 G plan double electric recliners . 1 went wrong on both sides within a month. Engineer visited an ordered 2 new switches. 6 weeks delivery time from Gplan. Furniture Village sub contract repairs and do not use Gplan warranty. Very bad service, still waiting for fix.

Rajesh was very helpful on supporting us to purchase our newly home Dining table and chairs! His recommendations was very well suited for our home theme! Very satisfied with the cost as well :)
