I had the pleasure of dealing with Ian H at the Gallows Corner branch. Ian has been so patient and friendly over multiple visits - and after a long search, I’ve finally found the perfect sofa! Thank you so much for all of your help.

We had a very helpful member of staff . He wasn’t too pushy ,allowing us to peruse on our own but ready to answer questions when we asked .

Kash Chowdhury is very knowledgeable about the product he is selling, very helpful and informative. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely give this company my highest recommendation.

We’ve bought from Ian (Romford Furniture Village) before when we bought our sofas and we were very happy to see him again when we decided to buy a new bed and mattress. He’s interested in your individual needs and is knowledgeable about what he’s selling. We went to some other stores on the same estate and found the service considerably poorer - and the bed selection just not that exciting. Ian made it feel more like a big deal - and that’s how it should be, and that’s why when we went back in we waited to speak with him again. Top bloke! Thanks Ian 😊

Had an issue with a swivel chair, sent an email requesting support as advised, took a while for a response. Received a call from Hassaanah who was very helpful and clear and is helping t get the issue resolved

Ahsan was very helpful and helped us choose our new dining table and sofa.

Ordered dining table and chairs on delivery the table surface has scratch lines and some damage on the metal frame. Not happy with the outcome as it wasn’t cheap the dining set. Have to go through customer services to get it fixed. Agreed to a partly refund £300 by the customer care assistant khadija. Took the refund and dealt with the matter. Thank you Furniture Village.

Your salesman ali was very helpfull and very friendly in fact i didnt feel like iwas buyimg from a stranger but someone who was telling me what was what good advice and so were the other staff friendly

Went to the Romford store recently and I had a great service with both Kam and Ahsan. Was very helpful and trustworthy.

A couple of weeks ago we were looking for a seating solution for our sitting room. We knew roughly what we wanted and we'd done some online research so we largely knew what we wanted when we visited a showroom. We found the sales personnel to be pleasant, not pushy, and endeavouring to be as helpful as they can. However, when one asks if something can be done that's non-standard the advice that comes back is usually that it can't be done, even though if one checks directly with the manufacturer it turns out that it can be done. An error in the order details was dealt with and corrected promptly. This is not the first purchase we have made with Furniture Village as they have a good range of products, although sometimes there are no examples on display in any showrooms. It would be better if showrooms had different selections of items in each range so one could go to another showroom if one specifically wanted to see something that's not on display.

Spoke to Ian on the phone which encouraged me to come into the store where I made the purchase with a good discount

Had a really good experience start to finish, from Ian, clearly explained everything needed for my mums new bed, all the times of mattresses, head boards, colours, styles and was just helpful would recommend.

I walked into the store to test out a sofa I had seen online & was greeted by a friendly member of staff who pointed us to a drinks machine we could help ourselves to inside the store. He then passed us to his colleague Ian. Ian was v attentive, friendly & easy to engage with. He offered me more options of the sofa I had chosen online (recliner & armrest storage) which I didn’t realise were options to consider. As the colour I had chosen wasn’t available, Ian brought me a pack of sample materials & colours to choose from as alternatives.He mentioned the discount being offered in store due the Gallows Corner closure. I was pleased as it meant I had room within my budget to upgrade my original chosen sofa. The overall experience was pleasant by all staff members & they even entertained my daughter whilst I was processing the purchase transaction with Ian. This is our second purchase of sofas at this store & v happy with the customer service. I highly recommend shopping in this store.
