My gorgeous posh new sofa arrived today. Stu and Robbie were very polite. Phoned me about 30 minutes before arriving. Placed the sofa exactly where I wanted and put it together for me (as part of the service). So so happy with my sofa. The overall experience from buying the sofa (from Furniture Village, Preston) to delivery has been excellent. Thank you very much. :)

Cannot fault the service we received from Furniture Village Aintree. We had to delay the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances and Furniture Village were more than helpful and understanding in helping us. We were eventually able to accept delivery of our corner suite which was delivered promptly by two friendly guys, Paul and Ethan. Highly recommended.

Delivery by Stu & Robbie was great. Received texts and emails leading upto the delivery. Driver called shortly before. Friendly.

As always, the in store experience with all staff was great. Massively helpful, and relaxed atmosphere with informative input without being pushy. We want to say a massive thank you to Paul and Tom who went above and beyond for the delivery and persevered up a very tricky staircase! Hopefully you won't see us for a good few years now 😁.

Stu and Robbie were great. Not only did I receive a text message tightening the delivery window but they called to give me 20 mins notice also. Very professional pair and took great care delivering. A credit to the company. Thank you very much.

We were helped by Soheb and Jordan who delivered our furniture in Manchester. We were really worried the furniture wouldn’t fit through the door and they came with such a positive attitude. They got it all done very quickly, carefully and with brilliant service. Thank you lads

Ste and Jordan were so helpful and very friendly. They also put pads on the bottom of the table and benches to protect our wooden floor and gave us some tips about care and maintenance. Absolute credit to the company. Top job and top blokes.

Ste and Jordan delivered and built our new bed (and mattress) from furniture village on 8th August 2026 and we have to say we were really impressed with their professionalism , friendliness and punctuality, they built our bed to a solid and sound standard and they illustrated how the ottoman base worked. They cleaned up after them taking away all the packaging, boxes, plastic wrapping with them and they really were a service with a smile thanks Ste and Jordan , we highly recommend you both, from Jason and Lynsey
