Tom and James were very friendly and did an excellent job installing our dining table and chairs, excellent service!

Overall very happy with my purchases- 3&2 seater sofa and a riser recliner to match. Bought in Reading, assistant knew I was buying for disabled person and that I was moving and had new address. However I had to chase when it was not delivered and discovered the items were in two separate warehouses. This delayed delivery whilst it was sorted out.
Delivery men were excellent, working quickly as a team.
At no point though did anyone inform me of optional casters (as in handbook!) also that the rise recliner chair required said casters to have a caster cup or that without this the chair…, remember it’s for use by those with mobility problems…. Will move when someone attempts to sit on it!! This is exactly what happened to my sister, the chair dangerously moved!! I can find no information regarding this safety factor in any of the booklets I was supplied with. Neither was it mentioned by the shop assistant or the delivery men, Tom and Paddy
I still can’t believe this.

Items arrived within the delivery window and useful text received when 15 mins away.
Fully assembled by Lee and his assistant, all very efficient and helpful.

Nabeel and Ali were very polite and professional. Im very happy with my new sofa Delivery. They wore shoe covers and put carpets down so they didnt mark the new carpet thats been installed. Very happy.

The 2 gentlemen who delivered and built my furniture were very good and quick also very tidy explaining everything clearly hope to get them again when I order more

Tom and Colin did a fantastic job delivering and setting up our new furniture today. They were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout, taking great care to ensure everything was assembled correctly. They worked efficiently, were respectful of our home, and made the whole process completely hassle-free. We really appreciated their hard work and would highly recommend them for their excellent service.

So impressed with Lee and Topaz. On time, friendly, and built the furniture which I wasn't expecting! Covered the floors to prevent any mess then took all the packaging away. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time!

Delivery within the timescales originally advised. Delivery team were efficient, considerate and friendly. Delighted with the product - just as it was in the showroom.

The delivery time slot was not what asked for but everything else was first class, both delivery men were polite quick and helpful. It all came full protected from the weather. Highly recommended

On the 29th August Ant And Matt Came Out And Brought The Bed Upstairs And Put It All Together For Us And Showed Us How It Worked Really Helpfull And Really Friendly

Showroom was well stocked with a good choice of chairs, Salesman was polite and not pushy.
Delivery was on time and 2 very nice delivery chaps Mehtab and Paddy. They unwrapped the chairs, took packaging and took photos of chairs installed. All very good to report

James and Lee were excellent. Cannot praise them enough, they deserve a pay rise. They were both so polite and helpful. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and to have in my home. They assembled my table extremely professionally and talked me through the care, cleaning, how to extend the leaves etc with thorough knowledge. These two deserve recognition or at the very least a few days off due to their early starts at weekends!!!
