I had an excellent experience with Furniture Village. A huge thank you to Konrad and Deon, who delivered my sofa and two marble tables.

They were both incredibly friendly, professional, helpful and careful, especially when handling the heavy marble tables. Everything was delivered smoothly and with great care, and they made the whole process completely stress-free.

The 2 guys who delivered and removed the sofas were excellent Jeff & Lee.
They couldn’t have done anymore and put a report in for the poor quality issues.

However very disappointed with this replacement sofa quality again. This is the second time the leather has been baggy.

The delivery service from Furniture Village was perfect. The 2 people who delivered our furniture were careful and prompt in assembling it. A big thank you to Jeff & Lee who worked well on one of the hottest days of the year.

Liam and David delivered my mattress on 5th August. They arrived at the specified time, were very friendly and put the mattress in the spare bedroom where I wanted it left as had not yet assembled new bed base. They offered to unwrap it but I declined as not sure when I would be needing it and gave me some advice about handling it and leaving it to expand and air out for a few hours before putting bedlinen on.

Great communication on arranging the delivery. The delivery team were courteous and very professional. They explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything before leaving.

Jeff and Ben were brilliant. Brought my sofa in carefully over our bumpy gravel drive and placed it just where we wanted. I was very impressed with their speed, friendliness and courtesy - extremely skilled at navigating doorways!

My only slight niggle was that it would have been nice to have a text the night before to let me know that delivery would be 6:45 am. Notification of time of delivery only arrived after it had been delivered!
