The delivery went very smoothly and Richard and Adam were very professional and friendly.

Delivery arrived on time and we were able to track the lorry on it's way to us. Friendly delivery guys, Arran and Alan. Furniture assembled and all packing materials taken away. Very pleased with the delivery.

Excellent delivery service from Alex and Cristi from Lorus Group. They were very professional, careful, and respectful when delivering the sofas to my home. They took great care to make sure everything was brought in safely and without causing any damage to the sofas, walls, or property.

Really happy with the service and their attitude. Thank you, Alex and Cristi, for doing such a great job! Highly recommended. 👍

Lovely chaps. Kept well informed the whole time for tracking. Polite, punctual and as a lady in the house in my own I felt very safe.

Today we had our new dinning room table and chairs delivered ,Dean and Slim were a credit to the company,professional,kind and respectful.

My rating is only for the gents that delivered my sofa, for customer service I would give Furniture Village 0 they are very smarmy whilst selling you an item, after purchase there was no communication whatsoever, if you ring them you are asked to leave your details in order for them to call you back, sadly this doesn’t always happen, you’re left feeling very frustrated, the delivery date I was given came and went with no apologies or explanation from anyone, not even an email or text, the only way to find out what was happening with my sofa was to go online and try to track it, not a lot of help but better than being ignored by Furniture Village, their prices are high so would expect more respect from the company

Ash and Pete are excellent home delivery specialists. They were both courteous and efficient throughout the whole process, and assembled our furniture with great care and attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the service—highly recommended!

Lukas and Andy delivered and assembled our dining room table today. They did a fantastic job and were excellent!

Steve Wong the salesman was great. Gave us a lot of good advice and his time!
Ash & Pete the delivery drivers were first class. Polite, considerate and knowledgeable.

Your delivery guys, Gary & Paul, were heroes, as we are on the 3rd floor of a block of flats & the lift was out of order!!!!! They were very professional & never complained once, bringing up our new sofa. The other guys were Lee & Richard who were also brilliant delivering the bed & dining suite.

The delivery team of Andy and Lukas were absolutely excellent, and we very much hope they will be allocated for our next deliveries.

Brandon and Tom were very professional delivering and assembling the double bed I ordered and did all of the following:
* They explained why they needed my signature and what each signature signifies. I've met delivery people who just demand a signature with no explanation.
* They delivered the bed parts to my room of choice.
* They were conscious of taking their footwear off when going upstairs.
* They assembled the bed in little time.
* They highlighted issues due to missing parts and took photographs.
* They took away all the packaging material.

Matt and Ryan were just great, and did a good job in installing the new bed.
