Richard and Martin were great and very helpful. They arrived earlier than the delivery slot advised and we weren’t at home at the time but they were brilliant, waited for us to get back and had everything ready to go when we did.

They were great, had problems with delivery as parking was difficult but Ash and Tom worked around it and they managed to manoeuvre my sofa through a difficult route to my flat. So happy they got my sofa to my living put it together and it’s perfect.

Excellent service from the delivery team- Brandon & Alan. Got the table and chairs set up in no time, left it all clean and tidy.
They even helped me out by moving a separate piece of furniture for me due to me being injured and unable to do so myself.

Richard and Martin were amazing, they came on time, were able to drop our new (very heavy!) sofa in our living room extremely quickly, while also being very friendly and professional.

We had a very good experience with Furniture Village. The staff were very friendly, informative and helpful throughout, especially the lady who dealt with us. She was extremely helpful, gave us good advice and helped us get better deals while choosing the right furniture for our needs.

There was a slight delay with some of the delivery dates, but even then, a few items were actually delivered earlier than the revised dates we were given, which we were very happy about.

Overall, the service has been excellent and the quality of the furniture is great. We are very pleased with our purchases and the support we received from the team.

Really pleased with the delivery today. Ben and Adam delivered our 5-seater Moreno recliner sofa and were both lovely, friendly and professional. They were very careful bringing everything in and made sure the sofa was all set up properly before they left. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

I was really impressed with the delivery service for my new mattress. The delivery team checked the route first to make sure they could safely get the mattress upstairs to the room I needed it in.. They carefully removed all the packaging and placed the mattress onto my existing bed frame.

Everything was done with great care — nothing was damaged and they left no mess or dirt behind. Both delivery drivers were extremely polite, friendly and professional throughout.
