Carolyn was very helpful and patient through the visit. No pressure at all just supportive.

My son bought a couch from here 4 years ago and recommended here to visit to look, Danny who met us was very polite and patient and although we didn’t buy on Sunday this wasn’t a problem, Danny still provided his assistance to get the right couch for me, we returned today and met Danny again and went ahead with the order, the Gplan couch wasn’t the cheapest but the quality was better than others I had been looking at, they have something for everyone great selection to choose from

The service that I received from Shiva in your Preston branch was excellent. She explained v.v. carefully and cleared any confusion that I had regarding my purchase. She was v.polite and courteous. Full marks for Shiva.

The product and the Company from the sales team onwards at Preston branch were very helpful and knew their product and the 3 seater and 2 seater green leather are good quality and reasonably priced.
Outstanding delivery by Tommy and Zak who put protection on the wooden flooring and were so caring of our other home furniture e.g. glass dining room table. Not only that they were so efficient at putting the sofas together done so quickly and efficiently.

Staff are extremely helpful..did everything to make us comfortable and happy..very pleased with our 2 Jude sofas..very comfortable 😀

We had a brilliant experience with Shiva and Matt, they guided us through every step of the way for buying new furniture for our house. Brilliant service and even better price.

Shiva was very helpful, friendly, approachable and full of knowledge. No pressure from her, great service, lovely touches like coffee and cookies whilst shopping.

Andy was very helpful I am a short person and find it difficult to find seating for my short legs. He found a sette and chair which is right for my height. He explained everything to me in detail and I found the whole experience relaxing. I wasnt pushed into anything and took my time choosing.

First time at furniture village and we would definitely recommend them. Yes you are greeted with the usual sales person on entry but it didn’t feel pushy, you’re left to look around and they come and check in now and then. We were sorted out by Jay who was ace! All of the products seemed of good quality which was nice to see.

Good service by Matt and Danny went through everything we needed to know and delivery times

Andy was super helpful and friendly. Really made the buying experience easier and enjoyable.

The friendly staff member Jay was knowledgeable and approachable. His knowledge of the product was great and this allowed us to feel comfortable spending a significant amount of money without feeling pressured.

I initially gave a 5 star review however now I am putting 1 star. My advice is to avoid the commission based upsell on sofas by furniture village it’s a con to get more money. Kevin at Preston store was very professional however he was probably was unaware he was selling a scam. I would never have gone for the protection insurance if I knew they couldn’t help me with a faulty sofa and they have been very unhelpful and dismissive. DO NOT BUY PROTECTION COVER as it is a con.

That’s my advice, it’s doesn’t cover your sofa it’s just a way of making money and what was explained to me at the time of purchase.

Lesson learn in life eh- insurance is a scam!

Sadly the con of protection cover has ruined my trust furniture village as they are selling it and I won’t be going back there for next sofa.

Also I didn’t get a response from VF for my 5 star review last year so they don’t really care about customers just after the money.

We were greeted when we entered the store.The enviroment was clean, well arranged and pleasant with an overall relaxing atmosphere. The furniture was of good quality with lots of choice.
Shiva was very attentive but not overbearing giving us time to browse. She also provided helpful tips about many different options, colours and combinations.
Shiva went above and beyond to help and we were pleased with our furniture, delivery times and price. We'll defintly return to the store in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
