Excellent service from Rob with good advice and help without being too pushy.

We found the experience to be relaxing as no pressure to purchase , you can browse in your own time. Once we decided on which sofas to buy Dan provided us with the help we needed and made the sales process straightforward. The sofas are great value

Recently had a visit to buy our new sofa with Rob - He was very helpful and made our experience shopping at ease especially with our young hyperactive son.
No pressure selling and was able to answer all our questions.

Had a great experience visiting Furniture Village in Orpington. We were looking for the mattress and Leigh provided us with a fantastic service and all the information we need to pick the bed right for us. And on top of that, we got treated to coffee and cookies! Great service.

Bought a £5000 plus suite from them - all good except one of the headrests isn't straight. Won't adjust it, going round in circles. One of those companies that a great when all goes well but awful if there are any issues. Avoid

On our arrival We were greeted by Claire she was very friendly and approachable. We were looking for a dining table and chairs and she pointed out that they were upstairs and downstairs and she is ready to help and advise. There is a surprising amount of choice and were shown various styles and design. We were struck by the Tino table and chairs and 2 rugs. Claire asked us if we would like a drink which we accepted, nice cold orange.
We decided to purchase the dining table and chairs along with 2 rugs and a maintenance kit and 5 years cover. With Claire’s calm and friendly it really helped us to decide. Many thanks.

Steven the salesman was very helpful and we didn’t feel pressured into buying at any point. He was very knowledgeable about all the sofas we were interested in.

Dan was excellent, helped us find exactly the right wall light to match ones we bought last month from Furniture Village. Would highly recommend him to others looking for a perfect solution to furnishing their home

We visited the store for dining chairs at Springvale and were met by Claire who was very helpful. We saw a table and decided we may need a new one! She helped showing all sizes and various shapes. We said e needed to measure and consider and would return. Unfortunately due to illness could not return the next day. We returned on Friday having decided on the purchase and it was Claire’s day off. A chap called Lee came and took the final order, he was also helpful although the decision was made, hope Claire didn’t loose out on commission.

The service was great Ian at the Orpington Branch was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything well so that we could make formed choices for ourselves on the product and the payment plans. Thanks also for the hot drinks, they were very nice. Keep up the good work.

We visited the showroom this evening and was greeted by Rob. Whilst he greeted us, he allowed us to look and discuss options between ourselves. He assisted at various points, but not in a pushy way. When we were ready to discuss in more detail, Rob was very knowledgeable and seem to understand our circumstances and requirements very well. We purchased a Primose Sofa and all in all, we were very happy with the process. Rob mentioned that he was still fairly new to Furniture Village, but it wasn't obvious at all. Thank you Rob your help was very much appreciated.

I bought a beautiful bed set with integrated head board and matching side tables with a Tempur mattress. They advised the bed would take seven weeks to arrive from the manufacturer. Spot on. It arrived punctually, and was assembled on site … but no mattress. The mattress arrived 9 days later! Anyway. Worth the wait. Really happy.
