Recently visited furniture village Nottingham, and was spoilt for choice. We were helped by a really helpful salesman David Sparks who wasn't pushy but advised us on which suites would fit in our bungalow and got us a good deal on a suite. I would definitely shop here again.

My experience with Furniture Village has been exceptional. From the time my daughter and I walked into the store, we were greeted and warmly welcomed by Mark Taylor, who made us feel comfortable and valued as customers. Mark also offered us a selection of drinks.

We were impressed by Mark’s detailed responses to all of our inquiries, which demonstrated his expertise and professionalism. He was patient and honest, and I liked how he allowed my daughter and I some time to talk among ourselves before getting back to us for feedback and decision.

We were unable to purchase the sofa that day due to a dimension/measurement we needed to verify at home. Nevertheless, we returned the next day and added two bed frames to our purchase.

We recently relocated to Nottingham, and the experience was wonderful. We appreciate Mark’s excellent customer service!

We wanted a modern dining table and chairs to match our newly refurbished kitchen. It soon became evident from both online and in person showroom visits that Furniture Village had both the biggest choice of ceramic topped extendable tables. They were also competitively priced.
The salesman David Sparks was helpful. Attentive but not intrusive. Friendly and professional.
He gave us a delivery date estimated at 6/8 weeks however we were pleasantly surprised to receive a telephone call and accept delivery in 5 weeks.
The delivery team of Simon and Hercules were also great. They arrived on time. Respected our property when carrying the items into the house. Hercules built the chairs up in their lorry whilst Simon built the table up in the designated area. Again a professional and friendly team.
Overall an efficient and enjoyable purchase from start to finish.

Great customer service from Mark Taylor. New to the business so anything he didn’t know he found out for us. An asset to the company.

We had to cancel the sofa but they were really good about it and issued a refund with no issues.

Ordered rugs for delivery in 7 days. Heard nothing so complained. Am told that the order is delayed, they are on the case and I will be informed when it is ready. It is now a month and we do not know when to expect our order. We have spent a lot with FV over the years and they have always been great at customer service but this time it was very poor.

We had the pleasure of working with Mark today , he was an absolute delight, totally listening to my needs and what I was after , he's an asset to the team.

Comfortable walk around with no hard sell tactics from sales team. Helpful and friendly service from Charlie Reynolds who guided me through the purchase of a leather 2 seater sofa and stool. Would recommend this shop and service..
