Lovely service

David Bumstead helped us in the Norwich branch and he was professional, spoke clearly, answered all our questions was incredibly kind & patient. We are thrilled with our purchase & the customer care was the cherry on top.

The sales manager Shane was very helpful and friendly and took the time to explain everything to us, and made the whole experience very enjoyable. The sofa we chose seems to be very good quality, well priced and was delivered very quickly at a convenient time. Would definitely recommend.

We were looking for a corner sofa and a dining table with chairs. That was the second time we visited there.
The lady who helped us on that day was great. She managed to proved us the service we were looking for. At the end we were able to find the best corner sofa and the marble dining table that were according to our dimensions.

We ordered our sofa in branch in Norwich, whole process was clear and super quick, the sales guy was absolutely amazing and very kind. This was done on Friday afternoon. However on Monday morning we found out, the sofa was put on deal and was £200 cheaper. We called the branch and they agreed to price match without any hesitation and sorted it out for us within a couple of hours.

Was a smooth sale once we decided on our furniture, all the team was very helpful.

Chris provided very helpful information and advice regarding our purchase of a dining room table. He gave us all the details and measurements for the extendable table and chairs we were interested in. Chris was friendly, approachable, and not at all pushy.

Service was quick and did not feel pushed into a purchase but given all info as needed.

The choices were many, the staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. They were not pushy and when required left us alone to brows. Overall very satisfied.

Delivery was on time and well communicated so I knew exactly when my sofas would arrive. Delivery was quick and efficient. James and Dan were very polite, friendly and tidy. Very happy.
