Someone greeted us when we arrived I. The Store…. Name Terry, he was friendly and allowed us to look then was helpful with details, after leaving to think about purchase I came back mainly because of his service earlier.
When coming back different staff member offered me refreshments while I waited.

I can’t comment on the sofa I bought or the delivery service, as I only ordered it yesterday, but the salesperson Mo was helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, my experience instore was positive, with no high pressure sales techniques.

This is the second time in so many weeks and experience was exactly the same. Very pleasant, professional and no pressure at all in making my purchases.

Moving house, a new build with a completion date of 12th June. Today we visited the Furniture Village to purchase our suite of furniture and a double and a King sized bed. The salesman (Terry) was very good, extremely patient, expert and guided us through our purchases. We were very pleased with our purchases and delivery was arranged around our house move. Thank you Furniture Village and Terry.

Easy process in the shop, very experienced and kind sales representative who seemed to genuinely care about more than selling - helped show me around the product, recommend where I sought advice, was honest and transparent throughout. Got a phone call to arrange delivery from a professional lady, and the delivery time was quick, and the guys who delivered were also nice, and professional, the product itself looks fantastic and adds a lot of character to the kitchen / dining area.

All in all, very positive
