Great customer service friendly helpful and thorough looking forward to my delivery

Best service epically guy who served us that guy he’s a very experience and very helpful!

Great sales advice, spent time and effort to understand my requirements, knowledge of products and pros and cons to suit my need. Listened and gave opinion where required. Resulted in buying two new purchases. First has been delivered, great quality product and speed of service. Kept updated throughout. Lead time on delivery exceptional. On second purchase looking forward to same experience to be delivered. Would recommend furniture village and will definitely be buying again from the Northampton store. Credit to Tejal for her advice and friendly sales negotiations. Very satisfied customer.

From the shop we were attended to by a staff member who was very good explaining and giving information we need as i have chronic back pain and i needed the best comfortable mattress.
Brandon and Alan humble took off their shoes when delivering the mattress respecting the white carpets in the house.

What an amazing experience purchasing my new sofa. I had the greatest of pleasure being served by Tejal. She has great customer interaction and you can tell how much she loves her job. It was so refreshing to meet a salesperson with such enthusiasm, kindness and passion. 10 out of 10 you really have a star member of staff working for you.

Had a great experience with furniture village particularly with Mo, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave us loads of options that we didn’t even consider. Great member of staff and overall can’t fault the service whatsoever, can’t wait till our 2 new sofas arrive!

Tejal was very helpful and patient while helping me pick out a mattress. I went in only knowing the size I needed and she took me through different options to help me find the right mattress for me and made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice

Popped in to look at sofas. Ended up buying a new kitchen table, bench and chairs. I’m not really a fan of sales staff especially pushy ones. So I was going to go home and order online. Until Tejal came along. Such a lovely experience! Knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I would go back and buy from her again. Maybe for the sofa I actually went to look at!

Delivery was estimated at 5 weeks but we were notified well before then that it was ready for delivery, a* service all round

What a lovely shopping experience at our Local Furniture Village Store in Northampton. Terry was enormously helpful and we felt no pressure whatsoever to purchase straight away, having made a couple of trips to work out what was right for us. All of our concerns were alleviated and we discussed delivery and what was expected. In the end we found a great sofa that worked for us in terms of comfort and price. Thank you Terry!
