Richard was a sales person who put the customer first. Extremely knowledgeable and very generous with additions to our purchase. A refreshing change in the current climate

Mike was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond making sure we got what we wanted. Would definitely buy from Furniture Village again.

Overpriced but service was wonderful on time of shop. Communication differs because we were told different things regarding the recycling/disposal of old beds, which meant the smooth process was interrupted. Now need to find a way to get rid of beds without paying ridiculous fees of £100+. Not happy with being told different at time of shop that it was included to on delivery day this being denied and not being a thing.

Staff in store were helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy.

From the moment I entered the Leeds branch I received exceptional customer service from Sayed (apologies if misspelled!). He was extremely attentive without being pushy, he offered me and my family a hot drink and even gave us extra cookies! This was my first big purchase for my first home and his assistance on the day made the experience extremely enjoyable and stress free. I left the shop wanting to leave a positive review before I even received the text offering me to.
I was also really impressed with the furniture on offer and how incredible the sale prices and discounts were. I look forward to my sofa arriving as I really feel as though I am getting amazing value for money.

I found just what I needed, the sales man Mike was excellent! He answered all my questions patiently and explained the different options that helped me make a decision. Its a really good store with lots of affordable options.

We found the instore visit to be relaxed, informative and efficient. we were able to arrange delivery that fitted in with our personal availability.
Delivery was on the day requested and done very efficiently. Full marks to the salesman and Shaun and Scott who delivered and assembled the suite.

Waseem at the Leeds store was really friendly and helpful, and clearly explained to us the options for delivery time scales and all of the ways we could care for our new sofas. We are really excited to receive our new sofas and the in store experience was great! When I then had a question after getting home, I received a response via phone very quickly.

Aamir was great. He helped us with our decision and very knowledgable and in now way did we feel pushed to buy. Aamir's help and advice helped us to choose a lovely dinning room table and chairs.

It was lovely speaking with Mike at the store . He showed us around the store at available options for our needs . We didn't decide on the day but went back the next day and chose our dream sofa.
