The shop is very good staff dont follow you around all the time iff you need help you have just to ask Michael that served us was very helpful

A few things made my visit very good.
Variety of goods, space between displays as I am in a wheelchair.
Staff very good in not overwhelming us by staying at a distance and showing us where drinks station was.
It was a pleasure to shop. Goods not due to be delivered to October.

Great service and Derek explained everything with every detail covered.

I found the salesman, James very knowledgeable and helpful

Spoke to Khadija today regarding a two seater couch that we are having problems with. Khadija was extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

Really impressed with the store and choice on offer. Found a dining table we loved at good price. Derek was the salesperson who assisted us, he was friendly, efficient and informative without being pushy which we appreciated. Topped off with a coffee. Couldn’t ask for better service - would definitely go back here in future.

We had a great experience.Sales consultant Ross was very helpful.He explained in great detail about the 2 seater recliner and chair recliner about the material.He also gave us great advice about the care and platinum package for upholstery.Couldn’t fault Ross he was very professional and looked after us brilliantly.

The store is beautiful the choice’s are amazing and Jayne the sales assistant was very approachable , extremely helpful , answered all our questions which made our overall purchase experience fantastic.

Saw the sofa I wanted online and went into shop in Hillington see if they had it in stock. They didnt have it in the store, but James Byrne who dealt with us, showed us similar sofas and showed us how the recliners worked etc. He was very pleasant and made us feel at ease. He had a lovely manner and we purchased the sofa which we saw online. Very satisfied with the customer service.

We visited the store and found James to be the most knowledgeable and professional sales person we have ever dealt with. He was so patient and fully understood exactly what we needed. There was no pressure to purchase just honesty and helpfulness. It was a pleasure to deal with you.

Visited Glasgow West branch and was impressed with the quality and range of furniture displayed there. Very helpful staff offered advice re options available in the Genius range of sofas. There were no issues when we said we’d need to measure up to make sure sofas would fit. We returned the next day and placed our order with Ross Jenkins. He talked us through the whole process and made sure we were ordering exactly what we wanted. There are lots of options in this range!!
Once we got home and looked at the room again we thought a media console would work well in the room but we’d need to change from a 3 seater to a 2 seater sofa for it to fit.
We visited the store again and spoke to Ross who was very helpful and again checked our choices to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
Brian Kay the store managed then processed the changes. He was very professional and helpful and made the change.
I was very impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of both Ross and Brian. Great customer service from both and a great range of furnishings in store.
Can’t wait to get the sofa.

Ordered our dining table and 6 chairs to be delivered to our new house furniture village were fantastic to deal with they kept our order till the day we wanted it delivered and the communication was excellent the girls that dealt with our delivery were great! The delivery guys were also fantastic very chatty n cheerful n took all our packaging away! Thank you Furniture Village if only all
