Our bed was delivered and the headboard did not have any screws so was unable to be fitted.
Customer care team phoned the day later and said they would send screws out but could take over a week; however, it would appear they didn't know which screws were missing so are sending out the incorrect ones.
Emailed the care team back and tried to phone but to date noone has contacted me.

Very poor service.

I would like to commend the exceptional customer service provided by Kami, who is not only knowledgeable but also exceedingly polite and helpful. His performance merits recognition, and I believe he deserves a pay increase. I wholeheartedly recommend Furniture Village, rating it a perfect 10 out of 10.

We planned to visit a few different stores but the choice was wide and covered everything we wanted to look at. The quality was really good and the prices were fair. Kami was helpful without being pushy. Helped us with choices with clear information. Overall very happy and excited about our new sofa.

Ordered a 3 seater sofa from Furniture Village was told it would be delivered within 6 weeks!! This was on the 29/7/26 bit heard from them so went back to them today to be told it will be delivered hopefully in October!! This is not good enough they took my deposit over £400!! Then found out they had charged me £119 delivery charge!! I am not HAPPY!!!!😡

We had the most pleasant experience with Paul, he was honest friendly, and professional, Would definitely come back.

Paul in the Gillingham store has been exceptional to deal with. We have just moved into a new house and needed quite a lot of new furniture. He was great in helping us to choose everything we needed. We have re visited the store multiple times since and always look for Paul to help us with our purchases. Great choice of furniture with huge options on fabrics. Very good experience again with great customer service, attentive staff and welcoming friendly unpressured sales. Alif was fantastic with my Mum helping her choose her options on her new manual recliner.

Staff in store were very helpful, pointed out things, which I appreciated. I went away to measure up and placed the order online. Quick and easy to place the order. I had to phone after placing the order and staff were again extremely helpful

Carly the sales assistant was brilliant at helping us decide which mattress to buy. She was very knowledgeable about everything and made the whole sale a pleasure. Would recommend a promotion for her!!
