Extremely helpful, knowledgeable staff (Joanne Little) who welcomed/acknowledged me but then, after initial advice, gave me space and time to look and decide. When I proceeded to make a purchase she was very thorough and informative.

There's a really lovely feeling when you walk through the door of Furniture Village, despite the size of the store.
Rosie came over straight away and made us feel very welcome. She was so helpful and went out of her way to give us excellent advice and loads of information and demonstrations of the furniture we were choosing. She gave us plenty of time and even made us a cuppa while we discussed our options. Absolutely outstanding customer service from Rosie with no hard sell just a genuine willingness to help.

We visited the Gateshead store staff were helpful and polite there was a slight problem with my order but it was rectified without any problem new bed and mattress arrived within the time slot and are very comfortable

Had a good experience purchasing a new sofa, no pressure sales, nice friendly staff members.

Anja was fantastic in the Gateshead store , she was informative but not pushy she left us to browse and pointed us to what we were looking for . She answered any questions we had and helped us make an informed decision

Excellent sales team, quality product, all round very good. Sadly there was a mistake by furniture village that delayed our delivery by two days. Delivery was smooth and Kev and Paul the delivery drivers were great

Excellent service from Richard Brennan throughout our visit to the Metrocentre store on Thursday 28th of May.
Richard was super helpful and explained all of the options when buying our new bed. After sharing all the information we needed about the bed, guarantees, payment options he gave us space to make our decision.
Once the decision was made Richard offered us a coffee and took us through all of the information again regarding payment and delivery dates etc. Excellent customer service - I would highly recommend Richard and Furniture Village 👍

The showroom had loads of choice and Dianne, the lady who served us was lovely. When we told her what we were looking for she was very helpful and didn't pressurise us to buy at all. We visited all the sofa showrooms at the Metro but went back to Furniture Village because one if the sofas Dianne had shown us was perfect. She made the whole experience delightful and painless and I would definitely recommend Furniture Village.

Joanne was fabulous she guided us from start to finish, and what I liked she didn't do the dreaded pestering, like following us everywhere.

Anja made the whole furniture village experience go really well. She was very knowledgable on all of the items and gave her professional opinion when asked. She demonstrated a wide range of table designs which helped us secure our table and chairs she even followed up by informing us of the product availability. A really good experience.
