Ammo was extremely polite, friendly and helpful without being pushy. He accommodated our difficulties with delivery days due to our building work

Lovely store, staff offered me a cuppa as soon as I entered very helpful yet relaxed enjoyable experience from start to end

Was made welcome when entering the shop. Offered tea or coffee straight away. No pressure from the salesperson. When decided on sofa different options were discussed as we didn't want an recliner. Paperwork was easy to complete and within 10 minutes. Informed when estimate delivery would and we would contacted beforehand. Have use this company and would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic advice and guidance from Neil. We went in to buy a new sofa and because Neil understood our needs on the way out we did a u-turn and also bought mattresses and pillows! There was no pressure just a willingness to help us find what we needed. The tea and coffee was a lovely touch too. Would highly recommend.

The service in store was exceptional from help with choosing the sofa, choice of material and going through the sale. Everything was easy and Neil Armstrong was friendly and what I liked was there was no pressure at all, he let us make our own decisions but gave the best advice. I left the store very happy as did my mum as we both purchased on the day

I found furniture village a pleasure to browse without being hounded, I always leave a store as soon as that happens, but I asked a lovely gentleman called Richard for advice and he was very helpful, I found exactly what I was looking for and left the shop feeling pleased with the service provided

Staff were very knowledgeable, took us through all our options and nothing was too much trouble. Tim that we dealt with was extremely professional and there were nom pushy sales tactics (thank God!). Would 100% recommend the Gateshead store.

We went to Furniture Village after reading excellent reviews, to look for a small
L shaped sofa for a restricted space.

Our experience over 2 days totally justifies the reviews we read and we add our own now.

The light touch, non pressured, warm and helpful customer service in this well
staffed shop, was excellent.
Joanne ( who helped us) listened to our description of what we needed to fit into a small space, took us to appropriate stock, offered us coffee and then left us in peace.

Borrowing fabric examples to look at at home, in our own lighting, was not a problem.

When we decided to go ahead with an order, the process to delivery was explained clearly and the whole thing organised in a relaxed and very efficient manner.
Joanne made the whole experience a pleasure.

She is clearly proud too that the company is family owned and many staff have worked there for years.

We have had our furniture for a year & we love it! We noticed a flaw on the top of bedside cabinet , we rang & Natalie couldnt be more efficient. I sent photos by email as we were on the phone. The problem was dealt with immediately in a friendly helpful manner. An email was received to say new part has been ordered & date given for replacement to be here. Well done great service!!

We have been looking for a sofa for over a year now. We looked at others to compare but never found one we liked as much as the Moet. Neil was excellent as all the way through the experience he's never been pushy. Then after 3 visits to the store in the last 2 weeks and some sound advice from Neil we've decided to go for leather again instead of fabric. Plus advice re the colours to match the Palazo TV unit to satisfy my wife's tastes. So for the price of a small car we have finally ordered what we want without any hassle. Thank you Neil and thank you Furniture Village for keeping the range for that long for us to make our minds up.

Polite and professional staff, salesman was very informative without being pushy.

Table and chairs delivered today by a great team. Steve and Kev very helpful and polite with excellent attention to detail. Whole experience of visit to store and purchase also very positive.

Great customer service from Neil, was no pressure from staff which we find was great, he made himself available & was on hand for any information we needed in regards to buying any furniture, down to delivery status & timescales, we were even offered a complimentary coffee while we were deciding which sofa to buy, would definitely recommend & will be returning for future furniture xfor our new home.
