We had a great experience

I place an order paid was rang for balance as goods were been delivered then became sold out change order wait again but not really happy with goods and still not recived a refund or Criedit from the the order Lyn goddatd

They could improve the delivery time, I had to wait 16 weeks for delivery of my new recliner chair which I think is far to long

Great service delivered on time a chairs put together

Went in to search for a wardrobe for a gentleman I support. The process is long as there are many stages before being able to order. I dealt with a chap called Callum and he was fantastic, I was there ages and changed my mind on which wardrobe about 3 times but nothing was too much bother 😁

Excellently dealt with by Terry. Our chosen suite was not on display. However, Terry was able to show us other suites, that gave what ours was going to be giving us and comfort of a similar suite. The whole process was very smooth, due to knowledge and experience. Thank you again. We can’t wait to be able to see and sit on it.

Delivery was fine. Drivers/installers were very professional and installed the settees/armchair with a minimum of fuss. What wasn’t so good was the advice on timing. We were told 0715- 1015. If we are first stop you should be able to give a more accurate timing, as the driver is simply driving from the warehouse to us. The tracking did not work at all. We got no phoned/sms advice nearer the time. As you advised us an imminent arrival time by email, we did not see it. Given you said we would be phoned and/or sms message, email was not expected.

5star service no fuss or hard sell,plenty of choice, great range of products, everything was expected fully without going over the top,just carnt wait for our two new sofa,s many thanx

Very patient and helpful

Very positive experience from start to finish with Furniture Village. One small hiccup in that the order did not arrive 100% complete as the gliders that were ordered for the feet did not arrive. I was reassured this would be rectified. Loving the sofas, they are beautiful! Delivery guys were great and showed respect for carpets etc using shoe covers and carpet runners. I have no doubt Furniture Village will sort the minor problem with missing gliders.

Callum was very helpful and informative, was a pleasure to do business with and was persuaded to help with pricing.

Callum was great, this was our first sofa and he explained everything really well.

On both occasions when visiting the store, Callum was very helpful, pleasant and not at all pushy we didn’t feel under pressure
