I walked into Furnitire Village looking for wardrobes. Patricia in the Chelmsford branch helped me obtain the wardrobe I was looking for and also a headboard for my bed. She was very helpful and I made my choice with her help and came out of the shop very satisfied.

Visiting furniture village to purchase a sofa for our first home together. Was greeted by Patricia who was very helpful, Patricia explained all our options available and made the process very smooth, thank you for all your help.

Popped into Chelmsford store just to have a. browse around. Always find the staff attentive but not pushy which is a perfect combination for me. Tammy was available to answer any questions we had and was very helpful. Such a bubbly personality who obviously is very knowledgeable and enjoys her job. Although we didn’t purchase anything this time, we will be back.

We visited Furniture Village, Chelmsford, to purchase a double mattress, Ian, the salesman looked after us very well, he was most pleasant, and very professional. We were shown a number of mattress in our price range, before, with his help, and advice, able to make a decision, as always, excelent service from the staff at the store.

The customer experience was top notch!! Ian took his time to explain in details the different mattresses, pros and cons. The insight was very useful in helping me make a good choice
