Excellent service, all staff were pleasant to deal with and we never felt any pressure to purchase our product. Coffee and biscuits were offered while we dealt with our order which was nice touch. Delivery was quite long but that was because the piece we chose had to come from Italy but this was all explained and the Delivery arrived as we had been told. Well done.

We bought two bar stools. The quality is very good. We spent a lot of time in the showroom mulling over two stools. The sales person was very helpful and patient.
After purchase the stools were available for collection two days later. The warehouse staff were very friendly.

From the moment we stepped into the shop and were welcomed we felt relaxed. As we had driven from Swansea, the member of staff was very thoughtful and told us where the toilet facilities were, the tea/coffee machine and even gave us some cookies. It was nice not to be pressurised and we could look at leisure, but he was always available when we needed him. I am so sorry I didn't catch his name. I would definitely recommend Furniture Village fir choice and value for money. Fingers crossed I don't get any problems when it comes to the delivery. 🙌

From the moment we placed our order for the dining table, sofa, and wardrobe through to delivery, Steve Laws at Furniture Village (Bristol Cribbs Causeway) has been absolutely fantastic. His customer service was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout.

We absolutely love our furniture from Furniture Village and will definitely shop there again. Excellent quality and great value for money — some of the best on the market.

I didn't like the attitude of the person im trying to say we paid alot of moneybon the perino furniture and seats gone baggy which were disgusted with and reclining ain't leveling up ...im sorry but attitude if the jib worths dont do it
