The shop experience was fine, thorough and polite. However only 3 stars as the product purchased is not due for delivery for another 3 weeks and FV have prompted me three times already to leave a review. Surely I need something tangible to give reasonable feedback?

Thank you to Joel for the help and guidance today. No pushing or uncomfortable sales techniques, thank you for that. Joel answered all our questions and offered extra information too.

Following initial delivery where table was broken, we waited another 8 weeks for the new replacement, which was then delivered without the legs/base. The table top was then taken away again and we were told to expect a call that day or on the Monday - no call received. Also emailed three times with no response. To cap it off, we received confirmation from the Finance company that our agreement had been set up and payments would start from June, for a table we don't event have! Up to now, not a great experience and little communication. Hopefully someone might respond to this!?

Pascal was really helpful and patient, made spending money a pleasure (almost).

Todd was absolutely on point. Personable, charismatic and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very professional and a good laugh! Very good sense for customer needs and wants from the range available.
If you go here and have Todd approach, you are in for a great experience with a gent who takes tremendous pride in his role. Will absolutely be coming back for future furnishings! (from JMT cubed!)

Gabriel was an outstanding sales person, he was really helpful while giving us plenty of space and time to make the right decision.

I contacted the on line chat who have been as helpful as they can be as I have a problem with my sofa (delivered Jan 26) that has not been sorted as yet. They have arranged another visit from the service company. hopefully the problem will be solved then

Great service from ordering to delivery and set up. Lee and Andy who delivered and set up were very professional, set up and cleared everything away.

I purchased a very expensive Vispring Super King bed from Furniture Village after spending a long time in store with the salesman carefully choosing a split tension (medium/soft).

When the mattress arrived, it was completely wrong – unusably firm and nothing like what I ordered. We had already disposed of our old bed, so I was left sleeping on the sofa for nearly 4 weeks while waiting for a replacement.

The real issue was the response. The store showed little interest in resolving it quickly, I had to constantly chase, and the manager, Ash, was particularly unhelpful. The only “gesture” offered was a £39 delivery refund – which I was told I’d have to go back into store to collect.

For a premium product at this price point, the service was shockingly poor. A very disappointing experience from start to finish.
I will report them to Vispring also.

Our power recliner sofa needs a mechanism repair and we have been very worried about it. Ed was extremely helpful and has arranged for Castelan to contact and visit us to deal with the repair, Ed was very very helpful and was very re-assuring.

Great choice of fabrics/headboards/ beds compared to some other competitors we had been to.
The salesperson Sam was very knowledgeable and gave us the pros and cons of the beds and mattresses, which helped us to make an informed decision. We really felt he helped us rather than just trying to sell us something.

We were greeted by Sam Crocker from the hove store who was extremely friendly and welcoming but not pushy, we bought a table and chairs which we are really pleased with. Delivery was great and quick.the whole experience was 5* service.

Excellent friendly helpful service by Gabriel Zubowicz. Provided good advice on helping us select new sofas for our living room.

Billy was extraordinarily professional, efficient and honest when I called to follow up on earlier issues arising from my recent purchase of a divan bed and oak table, which were not functioning correctly on delivery. He offered useful solutions and was persistent in his interaction with manufacturers, leading to a great outcome for me with both items

Sam was truly helpful and made us very comfortable. One reason we shopped at furnitur village was that they allowed well behaved dogs on the premises, as an elderly couple we do prefer ti brind are dog with us when big shopping. Very happy with our exsperiance at furniture village will visit over and above similar stores.
