Gemma was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. She gave us the right amount of information without pressure amd helped us find the perfect sofas for our space.

We had a fantastic experience shopping here. Joel Morris was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our visit. He took the time to show us a range of sofas, explained the features of each one in detail, and helped us choose a beautiful sofa that perfectly suited our needs. He also assisted us in selecting a great wardrobe and made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. His excellent customer service and willingness to help made all the difference. We would highly recommend this store and Joel’s outstanding service. A well-deserved 5/5!

The store was clean and tidy and very easy to park but it was the service we received from the sales consultant Francesco Rossi he was outstanding. If we need anything else we will make sure to see him again.

From our first enquiry through to delivery everyone has been so helpful. Gabriel at the Brighton store in Shorehamwas really thorough in ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted and then in the follow up paperwork.
The sofa arrived this morning and is wonderful. The two delivery men, Nabeel and Ahsan, were exceptional. They were most skilful in assembling the sofa and coped easily with the tight space available to them.

After our new house moving we went to few furniture shops, but we got the best customer service from furniture Village..
They were so friendly, and helpful..
Did not reluctant to show all the options available..
Guided us correctly.
So we chooser them for the second time as well..

It was a pleasure shopping at the shop and we found what we wonted
The only down side was while there we got a parking ticket ticket

With the caveat that this review is based on the store visit and customer experience and not the product (as we have yet to receive the sofa purchased), we were very happy with the service Joel provided. He was courteous, professional and, most importantly, not too pushy (unlike some of your competitors). He definitely played a large part in us choosing FV.

We were helped to buy a bed by Sam who was very knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and showed us the mattresses that met our requirements, also encouraging us to try other beds for comparison.
Sam was courteous, and an example of why it is good to shop in person not just on line

We had an excellent experience ordering our sofa, Joel was very helpful and made it a quick and easy to order.

I purchased 2 sofas which in my opinion arr not as comfortable as the same sofas as the one in the store.
They sent someone to inspect them and was told Furniture Village would be in touch.
A few weeks later a package arrived with parts of some sort.
A week or so after that an engineer arrived to work on the sofas but soon realised the parts were not correct.
It took several calls and days to the carriers before the package was collected.
In the meantime,in spite of trying several times, I couldn't get a reply about who was supposed to be dealing with it.
Last Friday I went to the store and a very helpful young lady tried her best to find out what was going on.
I did overhear the person on the phone mention "Declined".
The store assistant tried to get her manager to see me,but he was in a "Group Conference" and she thought he would contact me later.
It's now 6 days since I called in.
I really don't know who to turn to.
