Had a mattress delivered yesterday from Furniture Outlet. Brilliant service, came on time and taken upstairs to the bedroom of choice. 2 very polite men. The mattress is amazing, what a difference a good night’s sleep makes!! Would definitely recommend.

Ordered some dining chairs which were exactly what I was looking for. I was kept updated with the delivery date and the day prior, I received a 3-hour time slot. The delivery personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company for your purchases.

Fantastically efficient delivery and polite service. The delivery men noticed a small tear in the fabric of the ottoman on delivery. They notified us straightaway and a replacement was organised and delivered within a couple of days. This delivery was equally as quick and pleasant. Furniture Outlet recently delivered an armchair that wouldn't fit through my front door. The 2 delivery men had no trouble bringing it in another way. They were polite quick and professional.
Because of this I will have no trouble ordering again soon as they are always so reasonably priced too.

The sofas, bed frame, and mattress were all delivered in good working order and the installers did a fantastic job! The quality of everything is superb and we are very happy with the purchase. Great purchase with furniture outlet.it was really a great experience with furniture outlet choice.i have purchased two set of sofas.very good quilty and exactly recieved the same product which I was expecting and have seen in their advertisement.price is really good for this amazing sofa set.i bought two 3 seater and two 2 seater for my living room and TV lounch.They look really nice and made my room look so cosy and elegant.The deliver time was 5 days but within 3 days they have deliver the item.They sent two people they carried my sofas inside the house opened the packages very carefully without making any mess and damage.they sembled the sofas and placed at the points where I wanted to keep my sofas.They were really very polite and friendly.Excelent customer service.I would strongly recommend the furniture outlet.Good price,great finishing,used very good quility fabric,and excent service.
