Urgent: Defective Treadmill and Unresolved Customer Support Issues

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Furlenco. From the very first day of renting a treadmill, we have faced serious issues.

Although we rented the treadmill for 3 months, it only functioned for 1 week. Moreover, we continue to receive automated calls from your bot, prompting us to renew and make payments for a service we have barely used.

Despite sending multiple emails, messages, and making numerous phone calls to your customer support team, we have received no response or resolution. This lack of support has been extremely disappointing.

We urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. We have already involved our legal representative, and it is essential that you address this situation promptly to avoid further escalation.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER ORD3701237344 I had placed order for a G.O.A.T Fabric SofacumBed in Jalapeno Green colour on 17 Dec with a Delivery date of today 22 December. I received details of the delivery agent Sachitanand , 7700995471 when i called him he said i don’t know when it will be delivered, i informed him i received an email stating it will be delivered between 8 am and 8 pm today He aaid he cannot deliver it today he can only do it on 25th December after which he kept me on hold without coming back online. I called his nos again and it went unanswered. I called customer care Ticket No:734869761855 Keerthana and asked her what the issue was and explained to her my requirement of the sofa is only for 3 days ie: between 23rd and 25th of December as i have elderly guest coming over for my brothers wedding and they cannot sleep on the floor due to their age. Only because of Furlenco’s policy of 3 months lock-in period i have to keep it for 3 months without any use. Keerthana after speaking to that very useless delivery agent assured me it will be done today that delivery man was in Bandra he had some issue with the vehicle, i questioned if there us a vehicle issue can they not send it via Porter because i need it urgently my guest will be arriving tomorrow morning she said they will make sure its delivered today. After sometime the delivery agent mentioned ita not possible again and it can be delivered on 25th only.. i called customer care again Ticket No:734873338480 spoke to Fayasudeen who surprisingly said there is some issue with the vehicle and Keerthana must have said by mistake it will be delivered today and the vehicle was not in Bandra and also something stupid like if it was in our hands we would have done it… what is customer care ??? What is their work ??? Their duty ??? I asked to speak to a manager wo which he mentioned he will talk to the delivery agent and kept me on hold and then came back stating the delivery agent has assured him it will be delivered today but it will be late not by 8p. To which i mentioned thats fine as far as it gets delivered today because if not today then pls cancel the order as i do not need it after that its of no use to me. He aaaured me it will be done today and i receive a message at 9.12pm stating *Update:Furlenco visit rescheduled due to your unavailability* Whose unavailability??? *Your Furlenco Fulfillment Date is Set!* Hi! The selected fulfilment date for your Furlenco activity is set to 2024-12-25 Please note that we will reach out to you on 2024-12-23 for confirmation via WhatsApp and call. Who rescheduled it my phone was in full network i dis not receive a single call aa soon as I received this message i called Sachitanand more than 6 times but he did not answer his phone it was just ringing and nor was customer service available as they close at 7pm .. Is this the service you provide ? Who gave you the authority to reschedule the delivery date without consulting me .., this was very obvious that Sachitanand Would not delivery not because of my unavailability but because of your incompetence and disgusting service never have i come accross such service. Out of decency since you could not deliver it today as promised atleast have the decency of delivering it in the next day but no who the hell has asked for a delivery date of 25th December ??? Are you giving the service for Free ???? What kind of business are you running when you cannot fulfill your commitment ??? Is this treating your customer fairly ???? I want a full refund as i informed your agents if they cannot deliver it today I DONOT NEED IT .. Never Order From Here

1. Ordered Furniture under their premium Unlimited Plan. But Washing Machine is infested with cockroaches which is spreading in the house and it does not even work. Raised a complaint and they said they will send someone to replace/fix it.

2. Nobody came or contacted, I followed up multiple times then they sent someone. The person only clicked picutures and left. I had already uploaded the same picture while raising the complaint so why waste time?

3. It has been almost 5 days since the person came but till now nobody from the team has done anything. They are not replying to emails or receiving the call or calling back.

The NEVER ENDING TRAUMA WITH FURLENCO

From the time I booked with Furlenco team in August 2023, it has been NOTHING BUT NON STOP HARRASMENT & TRAUMA !

They took all the payments upfront and I was left Chasing them for over 10days before someone responded. Then to get their furniture in, I had to take 5 days off work due to their own rescheduling!

Between the 1st & 2nd subscription, I was overcharged 12k with no logical explanation given by their team.

Now it's time for me to leave and i have been chasing them again since August 2024 to get details about the costs etc. with VERY LIMITED responses from their team ! I have had to take another 3 days off work last week so they could take away their stuff - again they rescheduled on their own & LAST minute!!

I'm left with their refrigerator & washing machine and the TRAUMA to get any details from them continues !!

Their app has NO OPTION to renew subscription in bits - its based on "all or Nothing" !!! AND then they start Spamming you with automated calls asking you to pay up !!! Calls start from 6am and go till midnight! Sometimes 5-6 consecutive calls..

NO ONE answers ANY of their "customer care/support numbers" provided, NO ONE responds to their emails, their app SUCKS and their chatbolt has Very limited commands ! It's a maze of NEVER ENDING TRAUMA!

Would NOT recommend this experience to ANYONE !!! They are a team from HELL !!!!

To ALL the other consumers out there, PLEASE BEWARE & BE WARNED to AVOID using FURLENCO under any circumstances !!! You would be MUCH Better off with EMI options & buying your own furniture from other local vendors.. PROMISE you, the TRAUMA of dealing with this team is NOT WORTH IT !

Pathetic Service

Have not seen such a poorly managed company as Furlenco. Blame should go to the Top Management as the working team of Furlenco is clueless and does not have any coordination with other internal departments. I reached out to Furlenco to pick up my furniture on 31st Aug 2024. Their team member came over and took all the furniture away. Their team member has left 2 dismantled beds near the service mills and some of the items in the parking / loading bay. I came to know through the maintenance team of the property along with the photos. I could never imagine that the Furlenco team can do this - pick the articles from the customer's apartment and leave it unattended at various places. Furlenco team even after 5 weeks does not have any response from the the logistics team and they keep calling me to re-schedule the pick up. I have mentioned and informed the Furlenco person that I have already handed over the furniture and Furlenco should ask the Logistics team, driver etc why the furniture was left behind after picking up from customer's apartment. Potential customers should avoid Furlenco at any and all cost. Very poorly run organization having irresponsible conduct by the Top Management.

Nightmare and no convenience …

While we thought renting is convenient soon this convenience turned into nightmare while initiating the return. While I scheduled the return, the Furlenco team is re-scheduling the pick up without any explanations. Now the matter is handled by the ESCALATION team but the saga continues.Now customer support doesn’t support because the matter is with escalation team. And of course we can’t reach them as there’s no direct contact. And they are also calling for to pay.

Fraud , Its been 1 month , No Resolution, Zero update received

Pathetic Service!!
I bought a refurbished chair on 25th June 2024 and received it on 2nd July 2024, same day raised the request that condition of the chair which was shown and promised in the shop has not been valued even for 10%. The chair I receive have no cushion, rusted screws and 2 cracks on the chair body, chair makes cricking sound and even the even the handle which adjust the height doesn’t work.
I even shared the pics and video over email they requested.
At least I have called 20 times to their customer support team (to connect with them it takes min of 15 mins, frustrating!!) and after all this all you get to hear is that the person will raise the ticket and they are not the person to give resolution or even forward to call so some senior)
Not of one I have received a update from their end either via email or call that what is the update on the raised ticket. Be t0 1 day, 5 days, 10days or 15 days I only have call them and ask for update, and the same story will repeat that they have raised the ticket to the concerned team.
After 20 times of follow-up with them FINALLYYYYY on 25 July 2024 a person came for verification of the chair and confirmed that the condition the chair is super bad, hence he has updated the concerned team to replace it with new one.
NOWWWWW……3 times I have followed up the verification guy, he says he has already updated team and he don’t know why they are not taking action, and again ask me to get in touch with customer care.
NOWWW TODAY 06/08/2024, When I am trying reach out to customer care it is saying the number is busy continuously (I called at least for 20 times) And same goes for the chat support team (Notification- no team member is available right now to chat)

This review is the last attempt from my side that they take the needed action or else I will have to raise complaint to consumer court !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FURLENCO - A NEVER ENDING PAIN

Furlenco offers economical and assured quality for rental of furniture and home appliances. Based on my recent business transaction , I list hereunder the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out a rental transaction with Furlenco.
ADVANTAGE : 1) The only advantage is Economical and competitive pricing under the UNLMTD category for rentals.
DISADVANTAGES : 1) The Furlenco Web Browser is not supportive for processing your order when placing an order under the UNLMTD category. Based on the insist of the Marketing team, compelled to download the Furlenco App and place the order under the UNLMTD category.
2) Zero coordination between the Marketing, Customer Support and Warehouse teams at Furlenco which has resulted in my order not being fulfilled 100% even 10 days since payment for rental was made in advance.
3) Unreachable customer support and marketing team at Furlenco who can provide an update on the delivery status.
4) Unprofessional attitude of the Furlenco marketing team.
5) Team deputed for partial delivery could not set up the appliances properly.
RECOMMENDATION : Seek other reliable options in the market for rentals of furniture and appliances.

I ordered 1 queen size bed for 1 month…

I ordered 1 queen size bed for 1 month today but after KYC they cancelled my order . Before KYC they charged 1308 for that bed . But after taking money how they cancelled my order .
Then after I want company's customer care number from website that number showing switched off . What can I do after that I really can't understand how the can fool people's by doing this . They don't have customer care number where customer can call . Really worst service I have seen this .

Save yourself; don’t order from here

TLDR; Furlenco is a scam company with attractive furniture options to reel you in. Once you do that you have fallen for the trap and you will have to deal with the worst customer service known to man. Steer clear as far as possible.

Long version: If you are planning to rent from Furlenco and haven’t yet done it- DONT!!!
I ordered a package from their UNLTD section. The products were delivered but had multiple issues. The centre table had a huge crack down the centre. The shoe cabinet and bench were not fully assembled. The side table had screws missing and had to be taken back.
I thought it’s alright everyone’s human they make mistakes. I wrote them an email and they assured me they would rectify this in 24hours. Fast forward to a month after- I am still waiting for assembly of the products I received and the side table ordered has still not arrived.
The app does not work at all so I never got a response on that. I called the customer care number multiple times and they tell you to hold and give you a made up wait time and after 40mins of being on hold they drop your call. I have never spoken to a customer support person when I have tried to call. So I sent email after email initially with no response. Then finally got a reply and then I was hopeful. Said my issue would be resolved in 48hours. They made a delivery in 48 hours but sent the wrong product. I contacted them once again telling them they sent me a bench instead of the missing side table from my order. They apologised and said they would send the correct one. 4days later again they send me a bench. I’m still waiting for my side table. It has now been a month and a half. I am now paying for products I have never received.

Crap customer care Dharini from Kyc Furlenco

Crap customer care ! Spoke to dharini from Bangalore Kyc team …
Asked her that I have taken the offer for 1 month . She says the company mentions 1 month rental but it’s actually 3 months !
Fully cheating customers ! Customer service not able to answer . I said that this ridiculous and must be mentioned ! She said thank you so much mam for your feedback !

Keep it you made a mistake to order

I ordered table and chair, when i saw it i immediately said i do not want it the person said no we do not do that.

now when i called the support representative he was not listening at all i have to ask hello again again to make sure he is on line

i am really frustated with this experience and will say people stay away from furlenco

Extremely Disappointed with Furlenco's Poor Customer Service

I am utterly dismayed and disappointed with the abysmal customer service provided by Furlenco. It pains me to say that what started as an exciting venture into renting furniture has turned into a nightmare of frustration and anger.

On 29th January 2024, I made the decision to rent a 2 seater and a 3 seater sofa from Furlenco for a duration of 6 months. Little did I know that this seemingly straightforward transaction would lead to weeks of unresolved issues and exasperation.

Mid-March 2024 marked the beginning of my ordeal when I noticed that part of the stitches on the fabric of the 2 seater sofa had come undone. I promptly lodged a complaint using their app on 20th March, hoping for a swift resolution to the problem. However, what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations.

Despite sending multiple reminders and raising a total of three complaints, including the one lodged today, the response from Furlenco has been nothing short of infuriating. They have provided no means of direct communication, no customer care hotline to address urgent concerns. Instead, they have relegated customers to a soulless chat function within their app, where automated responses are the norm.

Each time I raise a complaint, I am assigned a ticket number (such as 711700567305), which seems to vanish into the abyss of their inefficiency. It's as though my grievances are being swallowed by a black hole of apathy and disregard.

As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect. Yet, Furlenco has failed miserably to meet even the most basic standards of customer care. Their lack of accountability and responsiveness is not only frustrating but also deeply concerning.

In conclusion, I would caution anyone considering Furlenco for their furniture rental needs to think twice. The convenience they promise is overshadowed by the sheer incompetence of their customer service team. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a hassle-free experience.

Worst customer service experience

I have been their customer since the past ten years or so, renting furniture from them on and off.
I have been there UNLMTD customer since two years now.
I have to say they have the worst ever customer service that I have ever experienced.
The customer agents are bad at understanding the issue, and very poor in providing any sort of resolution.
In all honesty dealing with their customer service has given me extreme anxiety.
I am waiting for the day when I'll be able to afford my own furniture and get rid of them for good.
