The technician Bela was brilliant. He was professional, courteous, thorough and efficient. He explained every step of the process really well, which left me feeling very confident of the service he was providing. 1 hour later my campervan was back on the road. I would highly recommend this company. All the staff were very helpful and kept me informed at every stage from the initial booking to the completion of the job.

Had Lewis come to fix the problem he was confident but very respectful and needless to say sorted it out in no time very good service provided new what he was doing a true gentleman

Well after not looking at what i was doi g I managed to put £16 of petrol in my Mercedes sprinter van. I was 230 miles from home and rang fuel fixer after some recommendations. The whole service was first class from the initial call to the end result. The lad rang to say he was 35 minutes away and he arrived spot on time, he was calm friendly and gave great advice. The job took about 30 minutes and he stayed to check we were up and running before he left. If you ever end up as stupid as me I would recommend using these guys

I put a small amount of wrong fuel in my diesel. I phoned fuel fixer locally and was instantly reassured and given advice over the phone by Ryann. He arranged an engineer to attend my house while I was on the phone and Andy the fuel engineer was with us in less than 20 minutes. Andy was excellent from the start he carried out all the necessary and ensured my vehicle was back up and running with no warning lights. The response, reassurance and service from start to finish was absolutely first class and thanks to you we will now be able to get to our holiday in the morning. Thanks again team

Excellent service from Csaba
Very friendly gentlemen, got to me in 35 minutes and fixed the problem ( wrong fuel I put in ) only took him 40 minutes.

The mechanic was a great guy, with excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Same day service was also excellent. My reason for 3 stars was simply the price. £500 to drain the tank and fuel is extortionate. Even my regular mechanic of 13 yrs couldn't believe how much it cost. And it didn't even fix the problem. Just feel like we're being told to try a series of things first before fixing the actual issue which is probably the fuel pump. Would have been cheaper to replace the pump from the get go than what we've already spent so its actually costing us double to fix.

Sunday morning panic !! Fuel tank of WRONG fuel and I was really worried. David from Dundee (Dundee Dougal) his wee dog! came along so calm and reassuring drained the tank assured me it would be ok. Cant tell you the relief ..... This man is an asset and great advert for Fuel fixer. Thank you David from a grateful customer.

Fuel Fixer is a highly professional business and they solved my misfuelling issue in less than an hour.
Csaba, the operative who attended, was punctual. The wrong fuel was drained efficiently and the restart completed. My horsebox was quickly running smoothly again. Csaba was professional, prompt and courteous; he did a brilliant job.

Fabulous only took 25 minutes to fix .our 1957 morris minor. Back home by 4pm

I possibly put the tiniest amount of adblue in my diesel tank (early morning!) After a quick google it became apparent that it wasn’t worth the risk of starting my engine to find out. Rang fuel fixer and someone was draining my (full!! 😭😭😭) tank of fuel within 90 minutes, at my home. The person on the phone and the person who came were so kind and reassuring. All sorted before lunch. £650. Steep? Yes. But what a service! I rang at 7:30am and it was pretty much sorted by 10:30. It’s so dangerous to have adblue sat in the tank. Thanks so much to you all!

Andor was very professional, he knew exactly what he was doing and arrived promptly to get our fuel drained and changed. He even followed us to our destination to make sure the car was running efficiently. Will recommend this company to anyone as we received a great deal too. No membership required.
