Ricky is a superstar who helped us out after a mix up with petrol into a diesel car and not realising that we could have called much earlier and been on way to Cornwall for our holiday, thanks once again Ricky, your a superstar!!

I rang fuel fixers after putting petroleum in my diesel car and they guy was very helpful and told me what the job entails and a price he was going to send someone out right away but as I didn’t require the car the next day arranged for it to be done then. We arranged for arrival time at 10:00 am Terry arrived just before 10:00 am and cracked on with the job all I can say is excellent job and very friendly staff 👍ps hope it doesn’t happen again but I now who I will call if it does, again thank you very much for you help.

Marian at FuelFixer turned up within 45mins as promised. To remove diesel from my bikes petrol tank.
Happy, smiley, empathetic, took time find the air filter and battery terminals on my motorbike after draining and refuelling to turn the engine over. Waited whilst i tested my bike before i paid my £370bill, nothing was too much trouble and a true professional. Would highly recommend

Due to some mislabelling I mistakenly put screenwash in my adblu reservoir. The technician was very knowledgable and certainly knew what he was doing. The result being my car was happy as was I.
My only negative comment is that £1500+ seems rather excessive for what appeared to be the same procedure for emptying, cleaning and refilling a fuel tank.

Bela was a very friendly and competent roadside technician, really took a good care of the car and made sure everything was working before he charged me.

Csaba was excellent- arrived within an hour on a busy bank holiday weekend and was very reassuring while doing a great job

My daughter put petrol in her diesel car, she was very upset. I called the company and they were very professional and sent someone out. He arrived within the hour ( rush hour traffic ). Csaba was really professional but more importantly he was reassuring and kind towards my daughter and I can’t thank him enough. He sorted the car out in about 30 minutes and put £20 diesel in the tank.i thoroughly recommend both the company and Csaba.

Today I put ad blu in the diesel tank. Bela came out after a few hours and he explained the steps of what he was going to do. He did an excellent job as my car is running great without any issues so far.

Very prompt professional service. Drainer Cssba absolutely lovely guy. I felt so stupid at making such an idiotic mistake but he reassured me that it happens more than people realise. Thank you for such an incredible service.

I was so embarrassed to have put Ad Blue direct into my diesel fuel tank. Advised not to try and start the engine by Fuel Fixers and promised an engineer with in 90minutes. Engineer Csaba arrived on time, he drained the contaminated fuel from tank, flushed tank out and then added clean diesel. Csaba was a truly professional engineer and also a lovely men. Can only recommend.
