Amazing Experience from start to finish
From start to finish the service was great, I had never put the wrong fuel in my car before and was unsure of what to do so naturally was very stressed but I was made to feel at ease and comforted. Ben on the other end of the phone was great, clear and concise on what the process was whilst still being friendly and warm. I only waited a short time before help arrived, a chap called Terry who was wonderful, he was again clear with what was going to be done and a very friendly and charismatic man, immediately making me feel at ease about my error. The drainage itself was also very quick and I refuelled and was on my way! This was overall a fantastic experience and these two people are great representations of this company. If in the unfortunate circumstance I put the wrong fuel in again, these people are the first I would call, without a doubt, amazing!

Really prompt response to disposal of kerosene, decanted into bin, following a leak from domestic tank. Not cheap but thank you to Ian for assisting in an emergency situation.

I'm usually so careful when fuelling…
I'm usually so careful when fuelling the car but today was on off day when I accidentally put diesel in my petrol car. I phoned fuelfixer and spoke to a lovely,polite professional man who sent out Csaba to sort the problem. He was very lovely, reassuring and thorough in his explanation of the process and the admin bit. It was a very expensive mistake but I was beyond happy with the service I received.

First class service
First class service, engineer arrived exactly at the time I was given. He drained and flushed the ad blue that I put into the diesel tank. Car is running perfectly now. Highly recommended

Put petrol in my girlfriend’s diesel after a hard long day. I’m with the AA and they said they couldn’t get to me till the following day. Csaba was the guy sent out, he was there in less than an hour, very friendly and got it drained and stayed around and made sure I was good to go. Excellent service.

High praise
We called in Fuelfixer yesterday after my husband put the wrong fuel in our car! We rang and spoke to Luke who was very friendly and efficient, he sorted out a quote and time when the engineer could come, Bela turned up at our place to sort the car out, he was also friendly, efficient and thorough. Got to hand it to your company, very good service and hopefully will not have to use again! But would definitely recommend you to anyone who needs that service.

After owning a petrol car for 8 years I decided to keep up the tradition and put petrol in my new diesel car (like you do). After the panic died down I called this company who put my mind at rest and said a technician would be there within 40 mins. The guy turned up and professionally did his work, absolute life saver, thank you.
