Hmmm......
Customer service was brilliant, love the car that I bought, dropped one star as the valet wasn't great, found a dirty teaspoon under the seat, along with some rubbish, and water marks on the windows. The second star is because in the clause of buying a car from Fresh Motors they charge you £79. This apparently is for accessories??? Not sure what.... oh yeah the basic service and MOT which didn't even cover topping up the washer bottle or the Adblue, oh and a quarter of a tank of fuel...

Firstly, thank you for leaving a review, not only does it help provide our customers (new & old) with honest feedback, but it also enables us to be able to provide a better experience each time. I am glad to hear that the car was excellent, this is always the biggest stepping stone when stepping into a new car purchase.
In relation to the valet, I can only apologise and certainly wish that you had brought this forward to us so that we could have gotten the car re-booked and had a second full clean, we never wish for our customers to feel disheartened and this definitely isn't something that we are happy to hear when missing crucial parts of the clean such as what you have disclosed, so I do apologise deeply for this.
In relation to the Support Fee, this is something in which is clearly advertised in all websites that our cars are on, ranging from the Fresh individual adverts under the price of each car, in the descriptions and also in the photos of each of our fantastic cars. This isn't only to provide you with a great array of benefits to new ownership with your car, but something that enables us to prepare your car to the highest of standards ready for your ownership. We are extremely extensive and will always disclose any key areas that we have completed.
To be completely transparent, the cost that we spent in relation to preparation on your car a total of £947 to ensure that your car was prepared to the highest of mechanical standards. This is without the additional costs of advertisement fees, paying staff and much more.
In relation to the AdBlue, we would only top this up if the tank is significantly low, as topping up small amounts time to time can cause damage to sensors and potentially lead to vacuum issues within the system, as well as overfilling causing leakage and potential damage to surrounding components.
Whilst your car may have not required as much preparation as some others, this is also a great sign as it shows that the car has definitely been well kept before your ownership. I hope that this clears everything up and again, thank you for your review, we appreciate every single one that comes through and this will allow us to develop as a business and also provide a better experience every single time.

Easy as pie
Bought a 2022 Renault Zoe for my daughter and while I was apprehensive doing it all online, the whole process was smooth and simple. The car was well prepared and top quality and my daughter couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience buying my car from this garage. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy—they took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely happy before moving forward.
A special mention has to go to Kieran, who sold me the car. He was brilliant throughout—honest, patient, and really helpful. I’ve had a great experience with Fresh Motors since purchasing my Nissan. From my first visit having a look round at the cars, to having a test drive to actually then buying one. Fresh motors and particularly kieran…
Fresh motors and particularly kieran have been amazing, from the initial vehicle request and the detailed video i received from kieran was all great. I arranged a test drive and there was no pushy salesman spiel you usually get.
I was kept in the loop every step of the way with updates, the car was handed over in the condition I had hoped for. Fresh had made sure it was in great condition and even had to have an issue corrected before handover which was extremely professional in my opinion (some companies would of given me the car and washed thier hands with it).
Overall, highly recommended if you are on the lookout for an upgrade or a new to you vehicle. I've only had the car for a day and I'm over the moon.

Friendly and useful team
I went 2 weeks ago to do my MOT and it failed and Dave was very kind and helped me to find a place where to fix it near where I live as I live very far from Fresh Motors.I went back the last weekend to retake my MOT and Grace was there, she was very friendly and this offered me a coffee (Dave also did but at that time I didn’t fancy one) and she made it perfectly! She was surprised of how much sugar I put on it!
Previous time David was the one dealing with other issues and he was also great!
I will recommend Fresh Motors 100%.
Even though I live about 1h 10minutes from there I always go there. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic as always…
Absolutely fantastic as always but this time they all went above and beyond. Turned up without an appointment as was concerned due to a noise in the car. They kindly investigated it, found the problem and got us in for it to be repaired the following day urgently. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. This to me just goes to show why we keep going back, when you receive above and beyond service in an emergency. Thank you all so much for taking care of me, my kids and getting the car back on the road.
