en fin d'année j'ai commandé 3 antennes , plusieurs réclamations sans réponses, j'ai enfin reçu ma commande après plusieurs semaines d'attentes, mais ce n'est qu'une vulgaire plaque en plastique et rien ne fonctionne, nouvelles réclamation et toujours pas de réponse et même le numéro de tel est faux . J'AI DONC PERDU 90 € . ARNAQUE . comment peut on laisser faire des pub si longtemps sur internet .

J'ai passé la commande le 29 janvier 2018. J'ai reçu la confirmation de commande après être allé sur le site : freeseetv.com sur mon adresse. Et je n'ai toujours pas reçu cette commande au 3 mars.
Je pense à une grosse Arnaque, avez-vous une solution ou que faut-il faire?

Undgå dem for Jeres skyld, de er uvederhæftige. Du afsender pengene via dankort, de hæver ca. 10% mere. Forsendelsen tager laaang tid og produktet (en simpel antenne) virker ikke.
Ved forsøg på returnering via mail svares der ikke selv efter tre henvendelser. Forsøgte, at sende til en hollandsk adresse i følgebrevet, det ville koste over kr. 100.
Efter fem uger stadig ingen reaktion. UNDGÅ DEM.

Useless items that don't work and they do not reply to e mails. Stay well clear.

This is a dishonest company without any scruples, I purchased this so called TV channel booster, it didn't work at all in New Zealand.
I emailed Free See Tv 10 times requesting a credit.NO REPLY...This a scam !!

UPDATE...With due credit to freesee TV, I was contacted immediately after I posted my review & they will arrange a FULL credit, unfortunately, the antenna didn't work in NZ, thankyou Freesee TV.

The product is rubbish they say it picks up sky channels it doesn't. Then they say you need a aireal amplifier but they never gave me the choice on Checkout to purchase this so don't recommend anyone to buy this product you can get the aireal and amplifier off amazon cheaper.

Horrible. I didn't want the booster and they kept harassing me to get it. I told them to cancel the order and then they sent two antennas. I thought since I have them I would hook them up but the channels aren't clear when my daughter walks in the room. she has a pacemaker. I'm sending them back.

I purchased after seeing the Facebook advert. They do not work. After some online discussion with an employee in the Netherlands, I returned them via the Royal Mail. He suggested Hermes but the Hermes site requires a postcode, which the Netherlands do not have. I have had to pay for the delivery and return costs. I have received a full refund for the items within three working days of returning them. Only one star because the ariels are not suitable for the UK and should not b advertised here. The employee in the Netherlands, Ernesto, could not have been more helpful

I RECIEVED THIS HDTV ANTENNA AMPLIFIER AND BLSHDTV ANNTENNA. ON JANUARY 10, 2018 THINKING IT WOULD WORK IN USA. I HAVE CALLED MORE THAN 10 TIMES TO THE # THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE AND EMAILED THEM SO MANY TIMES AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL NOR AN EMAIL. I REQUESTED AND LEFT MESSAGES TO COMPANY TO RETURN PRODUCT AND ALSO NEEDED THEIR ZIPCODE FROM THE NETHERLANDS CAUSE WHEN I WENT TO UPS THEY REQUESTED THAT. EVER SINCE I STILL HAVE THE PRODUCT, THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND NO ONE EVER CALLED ME AS OF TODAY 2/22/18. DID ANYONE EVERY RETURNED THE PRODUCT AND RECEIVED A FULL REFUND???

I hooked up the antenna with a booster and it did not work. I have been trying to reach them for a refund they don't answer the phone just a recording. I tried to log onto the sites support it claimed my login was invalid but when I used the same login to access sales my login in worked.

I was unable to get any TV channels with the antennas. I returned it to them but they returned to me with no explanation for the return. DO NOT BUY.

This company sent these cheap
Antennas 2, for $69!!!! And a WiFi extender for $70, after I cancelled my order the day after I made it. I returned it all and they have yet to reimburse me. No one ever answers phone. Have to LM. I have FedEx tracking that they got their stuff

WARNING:- I bought one ANTENNA+1 AMPLIFIER, when the items arrived, I had 2xAntennas, and 1xAmplifier, I tried to get them set up, but they never picked up one channel, and after spending one hour trying all kinds of positions, and with no luck, I complained about to the supplier, I had a reply saying they would be in touch generally within 3 working days, today is the fourth day, and I have just sent another complaint and asking for my money back, I wiil see what happens before the weekend.

UPDATED 24/05/2018...i warned them that I wanted my money back, or I would report them to the Fraud Squad, I got my money back within a week, I told them also, that if they wanted the items back, to pay for the return cost of posting them back, but they did not bother to do so, so in my opinion, they were not worth having in the the first place.

This is a complete scam!
I ordered one antenna and was charged 2 antennas and one amplifier on December 29th 2017. I immediately called and sent emails to cancel the orders but there was no answer. Ive been trying to reach them since (by phone and email) and I get no answer. Nothing was shipped, but everything was charged !
Please don't buy anything from them.

Det er ikke et seriøst firma. For det første er deres hjemmeside uden egentlige oplysninger om firmaet, som dårligt har et navn. Det ene øjeblik hedder det TvFox Antenna og det næste omtales det som HDTV antenna. Antennens kvalitet er ikke NASA teknologi, men blot en dårlig stueantenne, som kun kan modtage DR kanaler ved hjælp af en forstærker, man skal ud at købe. Hjemmesiden er kritisabel, for når man afkrydser hvilket køb man ønsker, forventer man at komme til en side 2, hvor der er skrevet, hvad man har købt, plus endelig pris. Men på side "2" tvinges man til at købe en ekstra ting, hvis man fortsætter. Men selv om man stopper her og går ud, har man købt det, man afkrydsede på side 1. Det kan ikke være ok. Det er uforståeligt, at Facebook kan tillade dette firma at reklamere på deres sider. På grund af firmaets navnepolitik, vil folk ikke finde disse anmeldelser på Trustpilot, før de har købt firmaets skrammel. De må kunne anmeldes til
forskellige landes forbrugerorganisationer, for man fremfører en falsk tekst i reklamerne. Man tør ikke sende varer tilbage til firmaet -det kan koste ekstra. Det firma må stoppes,
