I spoke to a lovely, polite, professional guy called Rathieesh who helped me with my life Insurance in getting a better deal and a fixed rate insurance rather than the insurance I was currently on that went up in price yearly.
He explained everything clear to me and I'm happy with the change made.

Frustrating that none of the offers can be sent through, and everything had to be agreed on the phone right that very moment.

I have an existing policy and was looking at other options, bit none of the prices could be sent through for me to compare, I had to make a decision on the phone and agree to everything there and then.

Much better option would be to send the costs through.

I've taken the contractual option to cancel my policy through them and keep my existing.

This company reviews your existing life insurance benefits. Suman Hussain was very professional & showed his aptitude for the job. He went through all the options available and in the end got me the life cover I needed and as added extra medical insurance. It gives me peace of mind that if the worse happens I am covered medically and my family financially.
