Excellent and friendly service all the time

I had lenses replacement surgery on both eyes. The sure was completely successful and I happy with the results.
The communication from the administration person was Bad. There was no conformation by either email or phone. When ringing to confirm a verbal appointment I would get the answer phone, I would leave a message, but that would be ignored. Since I was paying a lot of money, I expected better service.

Freedom Vision delivered exactly the result I wanted. My aim was to be spectacle free following my cataract surgery, having worn varifocal lenses for most of my life. Freedom Vision suggested correcting one eye for distance and one for near vision. The excellent results were life changing.
All treatment was given with reassuring care and consideration.

I'm so glad I had the eye Surgery that the very caring eye surgeon recommended. I'm very pleased with the result and only need glasses for close work.

I needed cataract surgery and from my first meeting with Hannah I was put at ease and taken through the whole process with an initial consultation and eye examination. The surgeon discussed my options to give me the best outcome. I had both eyes done on the same day and the improvement in vision has changed my life. The aftercare has been thorough and professional with caring and friendly professionals.

Thanks to everyone at Freedom Vision in Bromley for giving me a positive experience throughout my time with them.  I was very nervous to have the procedure, but it went smoothly and led to an excellent outcome.  Having had my cataracts removed from both eyes and RayOne Galaxy Toric multifocal replacement lenses fitted, I now have amazing eyesight for distant, intermediate and near vision.  I am especially grateful to the optometrist and the surgeon for their expertise and care, and to the Patient Liaison Manager who always made me feel well supported.

The Chester branch gave excellent service for my capsulotomy. My vision in the affected eye is now as sharp as that of the left. The procedure was entirely painless, if anyone feels apprehensive about it.

Very happy with the eye surgery at Spa Medical. The surgeon was first class and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I chose multifocal lenses because I play the piano and the intermediate distance for reading music was becoming a problem. Not anymore, it’s like a miracle.

I attended the Balby Doncaster branch for cataract surgery and I have to say what a fantastic experience I have had from start to finish, Great communication from all the staff especially marie who made the whole process effortless,

This is not my first visit to freedom and probably not my last. They're always so genuinely helpful and friendly. Nothing is to much trouble and always so professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend freedom.

Very friendly and professional staff. Every time I attended an appointment I was treated so well and felt reassured and took away any nerves I had. The results are wonderful, I was very short sighted and now have 20/20 vision and only need glasses for reading. Special mention to Kayleigh for her friendliness. Thank you to all the staff.

Great customer service- everyone was helpful from Hannah who supported me expertly through the whole process to the optometrists who explained everything at each stage to the surgeon. i found the staff at Bedford extremely helpful. They were very professional and caring especially Sunita Devi who welcomed me warmly and was so helpful in explaining both the procedure & the after care. I was very impressed with my optometrist who was so reassuring and competent. In all it was a very good experience.

My Husband had a cataract operation on both eyes. From our first appointment, right through to the very last one. We were treated courteously, professionally. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Erin the clinic manager was so welcoming and proficient and very pleasant, and put you at your ease.

From my consultation and assessment with the lovely Marie Lindley to my surgery yesterday with Mr Sreedhar Jyothi the service has been excellent very professional and thorough. From start to finish I was looked after very well, even the after care is excellent. Every one there went out of there way to make me relaxed and cared about.
