Excellent customer service from Victoria in the Meadowhall store. Very attentive to my needs & helped me to choose a suitable watch for my grandson's 18th birthday. Had excellent product knowledge and talked me through a number of pieces. Excellent communication after sale too 5🌟

Craig Nutting at Fraser Hart in Worcester has handled a complaint with a watch manufacturer on my behalf. He was tireless in achieving the best outcome for me. I would recommend Fraser Hart to anyone for a professional, friendly and very efficient service.

I bought two Boss watches for an uncle and auntie for their 50 year wedding anniversary,I was sold these watches with a warranty longer than it was also Boss doesn't put a warranty card or form in the box which is not what the sales person told us these were no cheap watches as both me &my wife are pensioners as these where a present and the sales person new this and basically didn't care disgusting and disgraceful I've been trying to get hold but the phone rings of the hook also spoke online to a chat bot excuses excuses,and more excuses....

Raluca was very helpful with my fiancée and I while we picked out our wedding rings. We had hot drinks whilst we were sat down and were given a glass of fizz to celebrate our purchases. She and the rest of the team were also very good and patient with our one year old.

Daisy from the Bluewater store together with her store Manager were brilliant. No pushy sales and just wanting me to be happy with my purchases. There was a long wait to get rings resized however they kept be updated as time passed. Fraser Hart will definitely be my first point of call for anything jewellery related in future and I’ll have no hesitation in recommending them.

The staff at the Bluewater store are so helpful and knowledgable. I have recently purchased a couple of pieces of jewellery as well as had a bracelet repaired. Definitely my go to jewellery store.

We returned to buy our wedding rings after having an incredible experience with Susan for my engagement ring. We were invited to the wedding fayre which was a great opportunity to not only look at rings but other local vendors. We were so excited to be seen by Susan again who was fantastic and knew what we wanted. It was fantastic to be seen by the same person who made our first experience so special and to keep the continuity. Susan took time to make sure each of our rings were perfect and what we wanted. Thank you so much Susan - our wedding journey has been so much better for your experience and part of it.

What top service from Callum at Fraser Hart, Meadowhall - he’s a credit to your organisation. Purchased a Longines Hydroconquest Limited Edition 2026 Commonwealth Games, had to wait for stock to arrive at the Store. Callum kept me informed throughout the waiting period and rang when the timepiece arrived. His customer service was excellent, so much so, that my Wife also purchased a pair of Diamond Earrings when we went to collect the Longines. First class - highly recommended.

I have used Fraser Hart in the metro centre in Gateshead for the past few years for my watches and any jewellery I purchase for my wife and daughter. Ian and the team always give a 5* service and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From start to finish Ian and the team are attentive and really makes you feel like a valued customer. I can’t recommend this store or this team enough
