I've been buying watches from the Newbury store now for a good few years. Annu, Fiona and the team are always helpful in allowing me to try watches on and make and informed decision on purchasing.

They have always been extremely accommodating to me if ordering in a piece to see, with no pressure to buy and are a pleasure to deal with. It is also great that the team are passionate about watches and are great to talk to about upcoming releases and other matters.

The personal service that the team provide makes buying from them a pleasure and why the majority of my business goes through them. I'd thoroughly recommend the Newbury store if you are looking for a new watch!

Took my engagement ring into the Fraser Hart store Bernstones in Glasgow where it had been purchased some 40 years ago. Unfortunately, I had managed to lose a small diamond probably as the ring had rarely been off my finger for many years. I left it with the very friendly staff in the store and a matter of a few days later a quote for the repair arrived which was very reasonable. I quickly accepted this quote and in due course after a few weeks was informed the ring was ready for collection. As I live 100 miles from Glasgow I wasn’t sure when I might be able to pick the ring up. However, the very helpful Anne who I spoke to on the phone arranged for it to be sent to me by courier, fully insured etc, and I had the ring back in 2days! Lovely repair job, ring is sparkling like new. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great service all round. Thank you !!

I had a great experience here. Rod was especially helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions, gave honest advice, offered me good similar options to what i was looking for and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I went in for a battery for my Rotary watch. I enjoyed a comfortable seat while the gentleman fitted the battery. Excellent service.

I visited Fraser Hart jewellery shop in Newbury several times, with the intention of buying a watch. A young man attended to us who had little experience but tried to be helpful. The Longines watch I was interested in was priced at £1600, this had been reduced to £1280. I asked the man if the watch could be reduced any further, he went and asked one of his colleagues who reduced it to £1100. As I felt the price was still too high the young man serving me said he would contact a manager and get back to me. After one week I had not heard anything, so visited the store again. The young man reassured me he would send an email and definitely get back to me. After a few days I received a phone call from him saying that the price could not be reduced any further. However, he would order me a new watch instead of the one from the window. When I went into the shop again to sort out the payment, he told me the watch had been discontinued so he could not order a new one but would replace the battery as the watch was 18 months old!. He then disappeared and returned saying the watch had gone up by another £100! I asked to speak to the manager, who instead of acting professionally, coming over to us and trying to resolve the situation, shouted from the other side of the room 'I would never have agreed to that price!' Basically calling me a liar! It is not important to offer people drinks, the staff need to go on some training sessions. The way the so called manager acted was disgraceful. The young man who had dealt with us during several visits was too scared to say anything and none of the staff, one who had previously agreed on a price, backed him up. So much of my time was wasted, I left the shop in disgust. I have left many voice mail messages with Fraser Hart complaints team to contact me. However, I have not got anywhere with this, which makes the store even more unprofessional.

The team at Fraser Hart - One New Change were awesome! Tom, Ron amd Emma couldn't have been better. They are super knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Gave great and honest opinions on the various watches we were interested in and I will definitely return to the store when I need my next watch!

Visited the shop today in Meadowhall looking for a wedding ring. Andrew was very helpful, pleasant and polite. I had previously bought my engagement ring for the Trinity store in Leeds but was unaware until Andrew told me that i qualified for a discount on my wedding ring. Purchased made. Very happy. What at first was a disappointment (due to my realisation of my disability) turned into the most pleasant, helpful experience by Hilary at the Metrocentre store. She took so much time with me and my hubby, nothing was an issue. I walked away with the most beautiful diamond bracelet in time for my 50th birthday in June. I received fantastic customer service at Frazer Hart in Newbury. The entire team was helpful, friendly, and polite. A special thank you to Josh, who went out of her way to help me find a beautiful silver bracelet. She spent a lot of time showing me multiple options, letting me try them all on, and helping me choose the perfect one. As an added bonus, Josh also adjusted the bracelet on my Tissot watch free of charge—such a thoughtful touch. The store manager was equally helpful and welcoming. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend this store. I’m already looking forward to returning for future purchases.

The staff at Fraser Hart are friendly and inviting, especially Diane, Sam, and Hamila. Their product knowledge is second to none and they are willing to advise on upcoming price increases. I need to avoid the store when Hamila is there as she knows my weaknesses and manages to show me something I "have to have" every time! My wife and I now have a very healthy collection of lovely watches and she has some beautiful diamonds to go with them.
