I love frank and beans products. My original place i got underwear from discontinued my underwear type so I was franticallycaearching for somewhere else and came accross frank and beans,so very happy ,I actually prefer them over my previous ones. I wish I had of found them sooner. Postage was super quick too,very happy 😊 tjank you

Ordered some cotton g strings, the fabric and the make of these is very poor quality.
Paid $7.95 for delivery and then they expect you to pay $12.95 for return postage and also take another 20% fee.
I will be donating these as they are brand new and hope maybe someone else gets some use out of these. Literally everywhere else I've purchased cotton g strings from has noticeably better quality with the fabric and make.
I'd also agree with the previous LEGITIMATE reviews that the customer service is also awful.

maxi coxy boxer shorts are comfortable, and just have really good feel when im wearing them. Cant fault the purchase at all, much better than going to the shops - fast delivery and nice customer care team

Not great. Ordered some cotton boxers, which are pretty well made and arrived as described. The problem is there is an applied rubberised care label at the back of the boxers, which gets sweaty and sticks to your skin. It constantly feels like there is something cold and wet stuck to the top of your butt crack. Their returns policy excludes anything that's been worn, so do yourself a favour and don't order their boxers to find out.

This company returns policy is horrible. They messed me around for over 45 days and eventually refused to refund my money even though I had an email approving the refund. Their undies are a bad fit and run very small. Their customer service is full of apologies and offered me a voucher to the amount of the money they owed me. I was so sick of dealing with them that I finally just told them to keep my refund. Horrible, horrible experience. Thinking I was buying my husband some beautiful underwear. Nothing but problems.

This is an honest review based on my recent experience with Frank n Beans customer service.

I was attempting to return some faulty underwear from a purchase in December 24 (I bought 10 pairs of one style and all of those are ok, and 13 pairs of another style, 8 of those are ok and 5 are faulty) and the replies I received to each email became very frustrating.

They repeatedly tried to shift blame for the faulty items onto me, saying that I had should have chosen another size (5 of the 13 pairs were so small that I could not get them past mid thigh, the other 8 pairs fit well, so not a me problem), then they provided me with a returns form for products I had purchased in an order a year previous, but were not the items i wished to return.

They offered me an exchange, but neglected to tell me that I would have to pay shipping both ways when making that offer (in fairness, after I bought up how rude it was to charge me for all the shipping, they did say IF they deemed the returns faulty they would reimburse the shipping. After our interactions I didn't have much faith in that happening)

When I finally became fed up (it was over a week of this back and forth as they take an entire day to reply) and asked to speak with the manager I was told that the manager would decide if they wanted to speak with me. This was nearly a week ago now, then they closed the email ticket and no manager has contacted me yet.

Appalling customer service, I have been ripped off.
If you don't have the time and patience for drawn out and frustrating interactions that leave you out of pocket, best shop elsewhere.

I returned 2 sets of sizes (ordered L for my son and M for my husband). Both sizes were too small. I would have loved to exchange both lots for an XL but the only colours available were purple and orange. Both do not work with most light shorts. I opted for a refund. This was a very cumbersome process. Took me 40 minutes to complete. Sent back my compete order on 3/01 arrived at the company on 6/01. I had to send a follow up email (18/01) requesting an update and was informed that the refund was processed with 20% “restocking” fee ($24) charged on top of my $12 postage. I will not use the company again it recommend to anyone.

Ordered yesterday 9am, received today 2pm - fantastic underwear, design and feel is great. Cant wait for them to release even more Boxer Shorts styles.

received promptly, staff answered all my pre order questions. Happy with product,quality is high just like the big brands. Overall 5/5 star and 100% will be buying again

Good quality, especially in the hot climate but Thai post was slow to delivery the order from australia. 5/5 star underwear!

Perfect price, style and quality. I got some Bamboo Slider Boxer briefs and they are very comfortable. I reckon you give them a go

I recently purchased Mixed Boxer Briefs in Cotton from Frank and Beans. The online shopping experience was straightforward, and the delivery was quick. The briefs themselves are of outstanding quality, offering both comfort and durability. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. I will like to see more cotton colours next time ;)

Tried to change my address straight after ordering due to a automatic correction mistake and it was impossible. Had to go through paypal as they stopped replying to emails

Good company to deal with, i ordered the wrong size and they sent me out the correct size for free. Quality is 5/5 and customer service is 5/5. I recommend Frank and Beans and will buy more underwear again.

good underwear that fits each time, highly recommended as these havent shrunk after hundreds of washes. I just purchased some white and black modal Boxer Briefs! The fit is superb!

Rubbish quality Boxers , split at the seams, wasn't offered replacement or refund , just a $15 discount on a future order... disgusted.
