Yeah this place is horrible. They had a deal that was two for five for a pair of earrings and buy one get two free, but somehow the earrings rung up as $26. Meaning that either I got scammed or the sale tags was just there to bait you into buying the earrings. I hate this place and I would never shop there again if I could. I'm glad they are going bankrupt and off the face of the Earth. I hate them.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Zoey (Manager) at the Greenwood Park Mall told me my item was not on sale (even though the item was marked). Then when I left the store, I checked online and it was on sale. When I went to return it she admitted it was on sale actually but could not give me a refund because the store currently had a FINAL SALE policy in place. I called customer service and when I got to the #1 caller spot, it hung up on me and told me to send an email. I did. Then got an auto email back saying that "It seems you want to return an online order...." No! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible customer service. I returned an item was sent two emails saying that I would get my refund in 7-14 business days by the way I paid. 2 months later I received a e gift card hidden in my spam. Instead of giving me my money back. They steal your money

I called their customer service yesterday and when I got to be the first caller their phone system hung up on me twice. I have sent an email and they have still not responded..this order was placed around Christmas and I still am confused with their half updates. Just because this customer service is lousy I will never order again

Placed an order two weeks ago. They will not allow me to track my order unless i sign and create an account eventhough I made the purchase as a guest. No other retailer requires an account to track a fully, paid-for, purchase! I never knew about this company. I only made a purchase because my niece had an item on her wishlist. I will report them to the BBB! Francesca's does shady business. And if you give them a 1 star rating on their website it errors out with "Something went wrong" and your review does not posted. Your reputation is earned, Francesca's!

With all of the negative reviews, I was nervous about ordering online, but the Black Friday sales were so good, I decided to give it a shot and crossed my fingers. I ordered the faux leather maxi skirts in both black and burgundy. Two of the fluffy off the shoulder sweaters in pink and white, and a maxi wrap sweater dress. I selected the free standard 7-10 day shipping. Placed the order 12/2 and found the confirmation email in my junk file about 30 minutes after placing the order. I received an email with tracking info saying the order shipped 12/3. Today is 12/5, and UPS just delivered it. Took all of 4 days after placing my order. The clothes are also beautiful and appear to be great quality… all for only about $120. The sweaters feel wonderful. I will definitely order from them again.

I placed an order online for 2 Christmas cardigans. The items were delivered by a third party company in a general mailroom not to my actual full address. My package was then stolen. I contacted them via phone and email and it took forever to get a response. Phone don’t even bother it plays on a look then when you get to you’re next it hangs up on you. I finally get a response because i blew up their instagram. They tell me not their problem and file a police report. A police report is crazy for a package that wasn’t even delivered properly. Don’t even say we are so sorry this happened. They are now still not responding. This is terrible customer service. A replacement or refund would have been the solution but instead the customer just has to take the loss.
Disappointing Experience and Lack of Transparency
I ordered the reindeer sweater, only to be told after purchase that it was out of stock — yet days later, it’s still showing as available on the website. It’s really frustrating and confusing that their inventory doesn’t update promptly, which likely causes more customers to go through the same disappointment.
Even more concerning, my honest review has never been posted. After checking, I noticed that most items on the site have no reviews at all, which makes me question how many others are being filtered out. That lack of transparency doesn’t inspire confidence, especially for an online retailer.
It’s unfortunate, because I wanted to support this business — but between inaccurate listings and the apparent suppression of customer feedback, I’m left pretty disappointed.

DO NOT order from this company (Francesca’s)! I ordered a tumbler June 2025, I NEVER received it, never got any tracking numbers, nothing. This is a SCAM company that just wants your money, but won’t send you the item. If I could give this company ZERO stars I would.

Contacted them and they said it was "lost" as my address was incorrect (no I have shipped to the address multiple times). They would resend and apologized. Nothing. I write again and they say it is "in process." Weeks go by and nothing. I write again and they say it is out of stock and they will refund me. SERIOUSLY????!!!! This was a gift and now nothing. I will never order from them again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I love Francesca's products (my daughters and I have been loyal customers for years) but their shipping over the past several months has been TERRIBLE! I have had several orders lost and/or VERY late - they now use a random shipping service that takes forever and loses orders in the warehouse. My daughter's birthday package is MIA - I'm so upset!!!
Igreat experience at the Del Amo location
I had a great experience at the Del Amo Torrence location thanks to three incredible employees, Sereena, Hibah and Audrie. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping customers. What impressed me most, though, was how knowledgeable and engaged they were—not just about the products, but about the business itself.
I overheard them discussing KPI’s, store traffic, and how throughput impacts performance. It was clear they weren’t just there to “do a job” but actually cared about the success of the store. These ladies were smart, professional, and brought such positive energy to the environment.
Honestly, if I had the chance, I would have hired all three of them on the spot. They’re an absolute asset to the business, and I left not only with a great shopping experience but also with so much respect for the team behind it.

I was the Assistant Boutique team…
I was the Assistant Boutique team leader and then the Interim Boutique Team Leader at the Orem, Utah location. While I gained a lot of valuable experience for my future career and life, this was one of the hardest experiences I ever went through. I felt like I had no support the whole time I was in leadership and when I repeatedly asked for the support I needed I wasn’t granted it. When I started my job there was a ton of work that needed to be done and when the BTL quit, I was in charge with no assistant to help. I had in charge of hiring a brand new team and implementing a ton of new policies that were never enforced to begin with. When my team members chose not to cooperate my district manager instructed me to take away their hours to encourage them to quit rather than adequately training them to be better employees. I was severely underpayed in a remote boutique where the closest store was a state away. I was told I would be given 45 days for a trial run to try and earn the position which eventually turned into 3 months without any way on where my status was. My district manager minimized my feelings and experience when I brought up concerns or opinions I had and she constantly gossiped about my team members. She refused to take accountability for her actions and constantly bullied her staff and would use emotion to threaten me to do things her way. HR was involved toward the last few weeks of my time there, but it wasn’t taken seriously. Unfortunately, I don’t think this company cares about people or their employees. If they did I believe they would take into serious consideration how they treat their team members and make sure they’re adequately supported and appreciated in the ways they need. They care about money and they don’t care about the well being of their employees. Please, please, please reconsider if you’re thinking of working here. The manager that took over my spot was amazing and deserves to be applauded for what a wonderful person she is, but if corporate ever reads this, do better. Your district manager did not help me, but rather made me feel bullied and that I had no support. When I reached out to a district trainer for help, she was amazing and addressed my concerns and answered all the questions I had. When my district manger found out, she ridiculed me for getting help outside of someone that wasn't her. Every visit was negative and there was hardly any positivity. It was very discouraging and I hated going to work. My experience taught me that Francesca’s prioritizes money and numbers without properly training their employees or supporting them. If you’re not making KPIS you’re basically unimportant to the company and don’t bring any value to the team. I recruited a new team, implemented policy, changed the structure of the business into the Francesca’s way and it still wasn’t enough. We are supposed to take care of people and this company failed to do so. DO BETTER and monitor your leaders and hold them accountable for not creating hostile

So Thursday the 19th I decided to go into Francesca’s to check out the jewelry. They have a promotion going on that’s buy one get two free which is amazing. I also wanted to see if they carried clip on earrings which are so hard to find. I didn’t find what I was looking for. But the manager showed me alternative options. My reason for leaving a review is to make the company aware of how amazing the store manager Sharon is, who is also with child. There was a very aggressive associate there who was looking for a reaction from her but she remained silent, calm and rang customers out. Before the associate exited the store she ripped her phone from the charger tossed the charger on the counter which hit the side of the women’s belly. At that moment I did not even leave. I waited for the associate to exit to make sure nothing further happened. I asked the store manager if she was okay or wanted me to call Security she said no it’s okay. I feel like she was in complete shock. Honestly Francesca’s should not let anyone who displaying aggressive behavior work for their company. I hope that young lady is okay because she definitely didn’t deserve that.
NEVER shop their online store
This was my first experience shopping Francesca's online store & I will NEVER do it again. I am honestly shocked how different the experience is. I have been a customer for years & never had a problem until now. Their online policies are a hot mess & well below the standards of any other national retailer. They do not give refunds, they make you take gift cards instead. Then their website won't process the gift card they made you take. Then their customer service can't be reached. And as others have mentioned the online quality is not the same as what you find in the store. My experience has been so negative it honestly makes me never want to shop with them again. How sad after more than a decade of visiting their stores.
Lousy
I placed an order on Saturday and it is now Wednesday, and it has not even been processed to be shipped. That’s with a shipping fee of $10.50! Pathetic and I won’t be ordering from them again.

I have a great experience everytime I shop in the store. I was looking for rompers and had no idea what I wanted. The manager was super and helpful and she helped me buy three different dresses. Love love the store and the workers are super helpful.
Quality issue - gold plating degrades quickly
I purchased a photo locket in October 2023 for NZ $119 and have been disappointed by how quickly the gold plating finish has degraded. I've followed the provided care instructions by not getting it wet and wear it occassionally, not every day.
While it's beautiful and I was very pleased with it at the time, I would've made a different buying decision had I known how damaged it would be 18 months later.
