Never received my perfume, they don't even have any way to track your order you make a payment & sign up & for some reason you try to login & you need to reset password once you do . You go on your Gmail & on the message has red 🚫 notice saying this might be harmful
100% would never thought it will happen to me this store online should be taken down

Ordered Cologne almost 3 weeks ago never got it , now it’s out of stock cannot get refunded or in touch with anyone

I still haven’t received my order, and when I try to reach out nobody’s Willy to reach back out to me.

This is a scam website. Don’t be fooled. They undercut prices to generate a sale for something they don’t have in stock, then when you call customer service then just try to offer you a $100 gift card for Walmart, then ask for your CC# info for shipping and handling.

Another Indian scam. What a surprise!!

My first (and only) order was promptly cancelled and refunded (thank goodness) and when I wrote to inquire why (several times), I never received a response. Poor business practice.

They canceled my order- I didn’t receive anything. You might find exactly what you are looking for but after you purchase it be told that it is not available to you and then they will cancel the order.

Why would you want a review from me. I purchased my wife's favorite perfume on December 11, 2020. Order was accepted and paid by paypal same day with the committment to be delivered by Christmas. A week before Christmas I get an email stating that Fragranceon was going to credit my account. No excuse, no reason, nothing, just the one statement. Needless to say my wife's present was late. Two days after Christmas she got her gift. Very angry at this company. I guess with such poor business practices I am lucky to get my money back.

I chose Fragranceon because of their lower prices on perfume. After ordering it took about 3 weeks to receive my order after several inquiries into when it would be fulfilled and shipped. It was stressful experience because the customer service kept repeating that within 3-5 business days I would have my perfume. I was about to cancel the order and then I was informed that the package was shipped. I received it and probably will not use them again.

Found a perfume that was discontinued that I loved from this site. Was very easy to order and shipped quickly even though it was right before Christmas. Would def recommend and will order from here again in a heartbeat.

I odered (2) bareminerals lipgloss in Showoff. A month after you guys tell me you dont have the items! Bad business
