300 dollars just throwing it away!

From the prep to the horrible builder, to the nails that absolutely are terrible, this is a disaster of a at home nail company. There are only two things I like about this company.
The large amount of colors to choose from.
The awkward little flash cure light.

Everything else is waste of money

And I want to tell you the BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY IS THE NAIL LIGHT

When a Company Gets It Right It Deserves To Be Said

Or written. I initially had an issue with a Kiara Sky order a few months ago. I'd rather not go into any of the details but unfortunately things didn’t go as expected, and I shared my honest experience here —because that’s what reviews are for. What happened after that is why I’m writing this 5-star review and why I deleted my previous review.
The way Kiara Sky handled the situation completely changed my perspective. The follow-through, accountability, and level of care shown were genuinely impressive. Emie, in particular, a customer service manager at Kiara Sky set a standard I wish more companies would aim for. Even though it wasn't Emie who caused the issue, she immediately took personal ownership of the situation, communicated clearly and respectfully, and made sure everything was handled with great care from start to finish. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer service reps over the years, some good, some bad, but this was easily the best experience I’ve ever had.
As for the products-I am truly amazed! The Beyond Pro Rechargeable LED Lamp III -the nail lamp is fantastic. It comfortably fits each hand with no heat spikes, cures evenly, and the cordless design makes it super convenient to use anywhere you want. The battery charges quickly and lasts long. You can tell real thought went into the comfort and overall design—it looks feels, and operates like a high end professional piece of equipment. I do have one suggestion though, that the next model (maybe the Beyond Pro IIII) has the control panel/screen on the top, perhaps near the logo so that it's easier to do your own nails but doing someone else's nails is a breeze.
The gel polishes are outstanding as well. The bottles have a special non-slip coating so the chances of a bottle slipping out of your hand is extremely low. Speaking of the bottles-love how they are the same color as the polish that's in them. Brilliant. The polish itself has a pigmentation that is beautiful, rich, vibrant, and consistent— it is incredibly easy to work with. Application is smooth and controlled, and honestly, you could get away with a single coat and still achieve great coverage.
I was also lucky enough to get a set of the new gel cover tips-(long square.) These tips are impressive. They're protected well in a strong plastic box all sorted nice and neat. They have a rounded edge that fits inside the nail cuticle like it should along with a perfect apex and c-curve. These cover tips are thick, strong, and very durable.
Now as far as the issue I had, mistakes can sometimes happen with any company. What truly matters is how they respond when they do—and Kiara Sky responded the right way. They earned my trust, my respect, and this review.
Credit where credit is due. Kiara Sky chose the right person to lead customer care. Emie embodies the brand through her professionalism, integrity, and authentic care—qualities that are increasingly rare. She has proven exactly why she holds such a key role at Kiara Sky, and they are truly fortunate to have her.
I now understand why the brand has such a loyal following. The products are exceptional, but just as importantly, so are the people behind them.
In short, I highly recommend Kiara Sky to anyone looking for durable, high-quality, and beautifully finished nails.

I tried to check the price with…

I tried to check the price with shipping but they don’t show shipping prices endless you type in your email and the minute I did that shop logged in and then completed my order without any authorization from me like clicking complete order which it just went right through and bought it, I cant afford it right now and I did not click complete order, and getting ahold of customer service is bullshit because they just send an automated message through email saying they’ll contact you within 24-48 hours, and send you to voicemail on phone, it’ll be shipped before im able to cancel it.

I purchased a beyond pro nail dust…

I purchased a beyond pro nail dust collector. The first one lasted two weeks. After jumping threw hoops we received the second one under warranty. It will only run for approximately 2 to 3 minutes and not restart until a cool down of a few minutes.You would think for $299 that would receive a quality product. This product is absolutely useless. And customer service is terrible for what you have to do to return a product.

Product faulty and no support

I had an issue with the top coat in the pack I was sent. I emailed the company and they told me that sometimes this happens in transit and to put the bottle in a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. This didn't help. When I went back to the company to ask them to either refund or replace the product, they asked for images. I sent a video to them via email - each time they said they hadn't received it. Refusal to help beyond that. Expensive product with terrible customer service.

gel top and base coat

so i bought their led lamp love the fact that has a wide opening to put hand into but make sure customer puts hand to fingerprint plate or thumb doesnt cure. i bought the gel base and no wipe topcoat a few customers later they returned with gel peeled off ( i was confused as to how new lamp fresh product ) well after carefully checking the issue i thought it was the lamp (brand new) so had to return but than i used a workers lamp and same thing even the top coat was dull and still not cured so i tried another brand from my work place and no issue with there product so contacted kiara sky and was told no other complaints hard to believe so finally i asked to talk to head person in charge ( im still waiting they dont care about my business or concern) but it was after their 30 window i had bought a few bottles and they allowed me to return .... not happy with the product nor customer care this is my lively hood and cost me my reputation and clients ..... not even sure ill purchase again.....

Kiara sky, terrible company, lousy products

15 year nail veteran, I'm sorely disappointed with Kiara sky. This is not a company for nail professionals. Their products and equipment are very poorly made. Their dust collector has no suction, their nail drills arrive broken and never get repaired properly even though they should be under warranty, they block all the negative reviews of their products from nail professionals and only allow the good ones. I've never seen such a shady company receive so much business, they definitely have a good scam going. If you value your money don't shop Kiara sky.

The one exception is their acrylic brush. That is the only item of value and quality they sell.

Not worth the trouble

Not worth the trouble. The product is inferior- both the top coat and the base dry up and are unusable, with half the bottle of product remaining! Then when you order - count on being charged immediately- but receiving an email 4 days later- stating your order is still being processed. When you call for an update and explanation as to the hold up- you’re told it will be another 5 days before it even ships! That’s 9 days after you have been charged. They state they have the product in their warehouse- and won’t tell you how many employees they have packing these orders. There’s no expediting even though you are out the cost of half the product, due to its poor quality and ridiculously short shelf life. This is the 2nd time- the excuse for the outrageous delay in packaging your order to ship, is ALWAYS due to some enormous number of orders they have just received over the past weekend, due to a sale. If this is true, and they know this- then any reputable company would plan on this onslot of orders and hire more help to meet their customer’s needs!

Don't waste your time or money

This company is unprofessional, slow and has no idea how to run a business or conduct positive customer service. I bought a $300 nail drill from them that arrived broken (this was after waiting a week for KS to even process the order and a week to get to my house). They say they have a 30 day return policy. When I called to ask for a return shipping label because they sent me a broken e file nail drill I was told I need to send a video of the issue! Seriously? I spent $300 on a product from them because I wanted a high end quality machine. Why would I not want to keep it?? Kiara Sky is not customer oriented. They take your money instantly but take 2 weeks to ship within the US and they don't guarantee their products. I filed a complaint with the BBB as well. Save your money and save time by buying from some other nail supply company

Trash purchasing system

This review is based on how their ordering system is setup for discount codes. I was going to be a new customer & signed up for the messages to get 10% off my first order. I placed all items in my cart to proceed, however, I kept getting error messages about an item in my cart disrupting the application of the code. I played the removal game for a minute trying to figure out what item was the problem. I messaged customer service & their response was “discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions/offers”. My thought process is duh obviously. Dang near every e-comm platform has similar rules, HOWEVER, they simply apply the discount to the items that are eligible in your cart. Not tell customers to remove other offer items out of their cart, then apply the code, make your purchase, then make a separate order and pay additional package protection fees and shipping fees because 1 item wouldn’t qualify for free shipping. Just trash. I’ll be looking elsewhere for the items I wanted.

bought nails for my sister and they did not last long the tips break off easily lasted maybe 3 days on and these were gifts for her bc she does her nails all the time she can buy cheaper nails and they last longer.. not strong enough not thick enough for wearing to thin.. sorry won't buy again...

In general , it’s such a good matchine , strong good for nails but doesn’t last long just within a year . Not worth it. I got one but have to send it to the factory in California 3 times to fix , every time , the shipping costs me $40 Ca . 3 x $40 = 120$ .I got it when it was on sale around $427 .Within a year fix 3 times and now it has a problem again . I sent them email they said if I want to fix it , then buy another warranty $69 dollar , then they fix for me …. So ridiculous . Then I have to send my machine to Cali to fix take around more than a month , cost me another $40 Ca .
Biggest scam ever . Don’t buy any products from Kiara sky . Just waist you time and money.

I ordered a expensive still and cannot seem to get it. They told me it would arrive four days ago and it never arrived. Then they took the date down and never put a new date for arrival. I emailed and they never responded. I asked for my money back and they told me they can't do that since it is being delivered. But they refuse to tell me when it will be delivered. It's been weeks!!!

Disappointed

I ordered four gel polishes on their site and was so disappointed when they actually arrived. The colors were so different from what's pictured online. I figured I'd write reviews on the colors to let anyone else know that they may not receive the color they were expecting but it's been about a week and my reviews still haven't been posted.

Horrible shipping

I placed my order on a Friday and then on Monday I was told that it was being processed. Tuesday I got a notification stating that there was a delay. Wednesday it finally got shipped. I was advised that it would be 3 to 5 business days to receive my products. I finally get a notification that it will be delivered by 4 PM. 4 PM came around and I did not receive anything. I checked back for updates and it stated to check back later for an updated delivery date. It has been two days and still no updates. I contacted customer service multiple times and they stated that they have no information on the status of the package. I also contacted USPS, who was responsible for delivering the package and they stated that they have not yet received it. I’m starting to get really frustrated with this. Since the items were over $100, it was signature required for delivery. I have been home every day to make sure I don’t miss the package, but yet nothing is coming. I spent a lot of money with Kiara Sky to receive poor customer service and not get my products. The only thing that I am seeing on the tracker website is that it is getting bounced around the country, straight past my house. I am moments away from contacting them and demanding a refund. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them in the future. I am very disappointed because I was super excited about the new product launch, but at this rate, I don’t even know when or if I will be receiving what I ordered.
